MobStub Fantasy wireless & limitless phone charger

As the other complaint stated, the wire to connect the charger to the charging cube is way too short!

So I plugged it in through a USB port on the computer. I had my phone on the charging unit for approximately an hour. It pulsed and was pretty with only one shortcoming ... it didn't charge the phone

I had my phone "charging" for over an hour and the % of battery actually dropped from 39% to 37%. I plugged the phone into my normal charging cube and in 25 minutes it went from 37% to 77% charged.

Your product simply doesn't work.

MobStub Order not received

I placed an order with MobStub on December 8 for a Christmas gift. I have not yet received the items and I just checked the website and the status is "Processing." My order number is 3478539. If the order is not here by tomorrow, which it appears it will not be, I would like to cancer the entire order. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.

MobStub Product not received

I ordered 2 sets of playing cards with case on order #M1-[protected]-1401 and only received 1 set. I noticed that both sets were shipped under the same tracking number 9400110899644029989253. Both sets were paid for through Pay-Pal. These are to be Christmas presents, so please ship the other set A.S.A.P. I have called twice to the company and have not had any reply. I paid for 2 sets and only received one.

I purchased a black crossover. It has a very stinky burnt chemical smell. It is not genuine leather. Very foul smell. I received it March 10, 2018. I am returning for a refund. It is not what it looks like on Face Book.

MobStub Wireless charging pad

I received the wireless charging pad and when I went to use it, I discovered the charging cord was way to short and I did not have an outlet where I could plug the charger in and lay it on a flat surface. So I contacted customer service writhe the explanation I have just stated and they wanted to charge me $5.00 to ask a technician the question and $42.oo for the answer. This is ridiculous. So then I called the phone number and of course there was no one available to talk with me. The took my information and still have heard nothing. If I can't get a longer cord I need to return the item. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

i just want to know why my wireless charger is not charging my Iphone I have left it on there for an hour an it didn't charge it I ordered 2 of these and I haven't received the other one yet plus I ordered 2 phone holders for the car and I haven't received those either but I want to get my charger to charge my phone the charging cord is alittle short but I can still plug it in the red lite is flashing but not charging my Iphone

MobStub Order of 10/20/17

Facebook has been running your ads for various clothing items and I ordered two items on 10/20/17 from Mobstub. I order the Asymmetric Hem Long Sleeve Hoodie in solid Grey. In addition, I ordered the Gray Lace Panel Roll Tab Sleeve Blouse . The charges have appeared on my credit card statement with the date 10/20/17 but I have not received the merchandise. I went online and your website states that the items have been shipped, and to hit the track button to find location, but there was no "track" icon. Please advise me that status of the shipping for this order,
or I will have to contest the charges on my credit card.

MobStub I have made several phone calls returning mdse

I ordered mdse from Mobstub. This mdse was not satisfactory. I have made many phone calls and left messages for a return call. As yet no one has returned my call. Phone number that I called is [protected].

I sent a fax as requested to do so on a timely manner. My fax was never answered.

I am very with the service that I have received.

Items charged to my credit card on 8-9-17 for the amounts $22.05 and $40.75. My card #ending 2626.

I am waiting on authorization from you to return mdse.

MobStub Where is my order?

I purchased a Croton Quartz Watch with Genuine Leather Strap in a blue color in the middle of October.
The item hasn't arrived yet.
Judging by what their customer service says it is not on back order, it was in stock when I was placing it. So everything is ok, but it hasn't been shipped yet. I think I would succeed faster if their support answered and picked up the phone more often. To me, they are useless and lazy, but it's another story for another complaint.
What I want now is to get the watch as soon as possible.

MobStub Customer service & returning defective product

I received my order & upon opening it an offensive odor of gasoline came from the package. The product was suppose to be a leather cross body bag but was more like a giant wallet. It had no paking slip, no reciept, no anything with it from the company. I immediately went to Face Book & saw to message the company & it stated thr messages usually were answered in hours. 48hours later they have no record of my purchase & want me to provide them with the details. Luckily I was smart enough to screenshot the whole transaction when I made the purchase & have provideded them with all the necessary information & am clearly being ignored. What is my recourse? I wish I saw all the negative posts hidden deep in their web pages before I ordered, It should be made public.

Ordered the Super Soft leather cross body bag on Jan 1st received it today Jan 16th. It is nothing like it looked on facebook. It is super TINY, I do not like it at all ...I am trying to see how and where I return it for full refund ! Will never order off Facebook again !

MobStub Scam website!

I've purchased two bracelets from MobStub website and received only one. It looked nothing like pictures and was terrible. I contacted MobStub customer service and they said that I need to send both bracelets back in order to get a refund. But one bracelet was missing and I never received it and without it I couldn't get a refund! I tried to explain that second bracelet never arrived but they didn't want to listen. They never helped me! The worst customer service ever! I will never order anything again from this scam site!

MobStub Terrible experience!

My brother asked me to order something from MobStub because he kept getting an error message every time he processed the transaction. He tried like 5 times, but the site was not working. I tried to make an order 3 times and all 8 times we got the same error message. So we gave up and ordered it from another website. The next day we received a call from our bank. Brother’s card was charged 5 times and mine 3 times. So we both asked MobStub to refund the money for all transactions since we already got what we wanted. They said that they would not change or refund anything, and it that was not their problem. It was quite difficult to communicate via email, so I checked their site, but there was no phone number! It is 21st sanctuary and these people do not have a phone number! Completely ridiculous! I will never use MobStub again!

MobStub Fake items

I ordered a ring in a size six. When I received it, it was not the gold ring that I ordered. It was fake and looked awful. There was no engravement inside the ring stating it was 25K! I expected to get an expensive ring made of gold. The same problem was with the size. I could not put in on my finger, it was too small. I emailed the company immediately. They told that I need to send them pictures of the ring. I did that, they called me back and said that ring is made of cold. I told that if that ring is yellow colored it doesn't mean that it is made of cold. I also asked about the engravement. The girl on the phone told that this ring doesn't have an engravement! I told her that all true rings have an engravement. This company is horrible. They send you fake items and tell lies. I told her I am sure I'm not the only one and there are many other people who have lost money with them also. Few days passed and I got a call from other agent who told that my money would be refunded within 7 days! Yes, I received my money back, but I had really bad experience with this company. And I will never buy anything else from MobStub.

MobStub No details about the order

It was horrible deal with the company www.mobstub.com. I have twice ordered from the company, but these guys haven’t provided any details of the purchase. No confirmation, no responses, no delivery. I emailed them and called, but it was only waste of my time. I sent emails, but no one replied. I hoped that someone would respond, but they again avoided me. Seriously, stay away from them. Not recommended place.

i haven't received my order yet, it suspose to have been here sept. 14, it didn't arrived yet. no update on my tracking number. what's going on? i have text you many times, no results. i hope this is not a scam. i will take this company to small claimed court.

Had 2 orders on Dec2. Neither one has arrived & my account has been charged. 2 pocketbooks, order no. 3433791 & 3433816. No shipment date has been shipped out according to email. Would like to hear from someone soon. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

It has no place designed for my iPhone to be held securely, although it has four or five zipper compartments. I also use a disabled placard which should be held securely. It seems to be poorly designed.

MobStub Fraud

I ordered some stuff from the website www.mobstub.com. I bought 9 items, but after 10 days I received only 3 items, which were damaged. I sent emails to the seller and told him to provide other items as well as he must change the damaged ones. After several weeks, the seller didn't reply to my emails as well as he didn't provide my remaining items. I wonder if someone had the same thing, can you help me or advise me something. Please, post your comments.

I ordered 2 crossbody bags. First one I sent back because it was too small. Then I ordered a larger size of the same kind of bag. It was still too small. So I have been waiting for them to send me the shipping label so i can send this back too. I have not received it yet. And I have not received the refund from the first bag. They didn't hesitate about getting the money from me for both bags. Now I am getting angry that they are not responding. I am thinking about turning them in.
