I payed for the Mobily elife internet service last month for the whole year but having problem with the connectivity. I went to customer service center to register my complain, which they did on November 21. No one ever called me, then I called the number [protected] six times without any luck. This has been the worst customer service experience I have. Please call me immediately to discuss how to fix this.

I am thinking to cancel your service to have STC provide me internet.

    My internet is off since MAY 20th, SATURDAY. I have called the call center 3 times but no one has showed up. The red light is on on the modem. This is really annoying. Please fix my problem. Iqama # is [protected] SR# is 1-[protected],
