Dear ; As per below Order number and product purchased ; Order Number/ID: [protected] Mobily 3G/4G router - 17 month subscription, Speed up to 100MB Mobily 3G/4G router - 17 month subscription, Speed up to 100MB After reciving the Mobily Router. I tried to activate my 4g router but it is still not activated, it gives an error in uploading the Documents then you must have mobily number to activate the Router;also when contacted Mobily Customer Service office, they refused to help me and saying contact SOUQ.COM, we will not help you in this, How pathetic service is this we purchased Mobily router and Mobily is refusing to service and support, Also Souq did not mentioned the Activation process prior to purchase which is not good I terms of customer satisfaction ;also they need mobily number only for activation which was also not mentioned by the Souq at the Time of purchasing. I will request Souq Team to escalate this issue to mobily and provide the correct information and support to customer Thanks Ali Aabdi
