Mobilink my mobile number/[protected]

It is sorry to saying that jazz company policies are to low' too bad' too cheap and non professional because when i was used this last day there is a calling from my number to other jazz numbers as well as 40 calls after this there is a blockage show in my cell and number then i was failing to dial anything else 111 helpline but when i complain this to helpline the helpline saying we can not tell u the rules and regulation but we solved this matter i am asking from my side that what is the sop of your low level company plz tell me...?
And i also complain u also that now i am also failing to dial 111 also the operator says that in one day u just call only 5 times in a day so understanding but after 12 am night i am also failed to dial 111 helpline so in your family way of business can i ask this to u that today sunday is not a day in front of u if yes then what is bluddy bool[censored] with 111 helpline...plz support if not then i will go on monday morning in multan main service center in kutchary and i will inshaAllah disown this i m not interested to use mobicash again also i donate that money because this cheapest services company like jazz in the whole world in on number1 there is noting cheap in front of this sorry

Mobilink prepaid (internet package)

I have searched for your contact to share with you pathetic services being provided by jazz. I called customer care person 2 days back and shared that package is being activated twice while i activate it for once only. I dialled *159# to activate internet package but got double the GBs and on checking i found that its being activated doubled and my balance was deducted twice.

And it happened again today. This is really disappointing that when i called again today, i wasnt supported at all

Please reply back on priority as mobilink job is to delighg consumers and not to make them suffer all the time.

Mobilink jazz prepaid tax certificate

I have been using jazz prepaid package since many years. That's the only Sim I use. It's costs me more than 10, 000 rupees a year. And now when it's time for tax certificate generation for the year 17-18 the franchise and customer care says that no Sim recharge activity is found against the number. This is mobilink system failure that it's not recording and generating the data required . I have shown my call log history personally to the service provider in mobilink franchise but of no avail. How to get the tax certificate?

Dear sir i'm employ in well reputed Pharma company as Product Specialist and i have visited in your Jazz franchise Branch Baldia Road Bahawalnagar on 23rd Sep, 2018
I don't what is his name but he treated us very rudely i asked him " How can we transfer our jazzcash account to my another number " he replied " Today is off and we are not here for listening any complaint from customer and he used very miss words "
I have made his video and i'm hoping a quick and strong responce from you otherwise it will be a very bad impact on all of your Jazz users if we viral this video on social Media in the case of non excitable responce from You

Mobilink 3g service prepaid/slow browsing

I am complaining about slow browsing issue in our area since last month through Mobilink helpline 111, and every time the guys who receives my phone assure me that they are going to check the problem and will let me know/verification call within 24 hours. But till today I haven't received any verification call from mobilink and the problem has not resolved yet.Mobile 3G internet speed is getting worse day by day and therefore I am submitting my complaint here with the hope that the issue will be resolved soon otherwise mobilink will loose an old customer.

Mobilink my messages are not sending and whatsapp is neither sending nor receiving messages even my package is on

On 15 of september 2018 I Baanced rupees 60 and then did a message after that Itook loan by dailing *112# then I dail *101*1*02# for monthly whatsap and message package then after few messages my messages were stop sending and my whatsap was neither sending nor receiving messages till now. Thats really very unfair. Please continue my package. My remaining balance is also cosumed I don't now how?

Mobilink jazz 4g device

Dear Sir
I purchased a Device of 4 G with the following number
[protected] I also paid Rs 1500 for 36 GB Data but when I checked my balance it show 00 balance instead of 1500 plz send me the required load and also inform me at phone [protected], [protected], [protected]

I am a journalist and need this device for sending Video reports to my TV channels

Mobilink network issue

Dear Concern,
I am writing this compliant to resolve my issue because i am unable to make companion through my prepaid number. Issue i am facing with my number is when ever i make call having balance in my cell, from network i came to know that i have insufficient balance to make that call. on the other hand when ever i check my balance there is minimum 75 rupees in balance in my number. i am facing this problem from last three month.
kindly resolve the issue due to this i am very disturbed with the services of Mobilink.

Mobilink conversion from postpaid to prepaid

I am using [protected] from last 12 years. Now after some issues I want to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. But frenchisees in toba tek Singh and customer representative ask me to deposit 1500 security again for conversion process or visit Faisal Abad 100 kilometer to complete the conversion process. Is this right way to handle 12 year old customer. Please resolve the issue I am not willing to deposit security again. Please look into the matter and help me to convert my number.

Mobilink increase in packages rates

ہمارے ساتھ ہاتھ ہو گیا،،،
100 کے لوڈ پہ جو 38 روپے ٹیکس تھا آپ نے تو غریب کے بھلے کی خاطر فیصلہ دیا اور وطن عزیز کے قومی خزانے کی بجائے عوام کو ریلیف دیا۔۔۔مگرچیف جسٹس صاحب!
ہمارے ساتھ ہاتھ ہو گیا،،،
100 کے لوڈ پہ 100 کا بیلنس تو ملا مگر وہ 38 روپے! پہلے قومی خزانے میں جاتے تھے اب غیرملکی موبائل کمپنیز اپنی تجوریاں بھر رہی ہیں۔۔۔ عوام اور حکومت دونوں کا نقصان ہو گیا۔ میں اپنی بات دلیل سے ثابت کروں گا۔۔۔ میں jazz کسٹمر ہوں اور اپنی ضرورت کےلئے ماہانہ پیکج لگاتا تھا جس کی قیمت 330+50tax یعنی 380 روپے تھی۔ اور 500 کا لوڈ کروانا پڑتا تھا 115 روپے ٹیکس کٹوتی کے بعد 385 روپے بچتے تھے 380 کا پیکج لگ جاتا تھا اور 5 روپے بچ جاتے تھے۔۔۔
عزت مآب!
آپ کے حکم کے بعد وطن عزیز کے ہر شہری کی طرح میں بھی خوش ہوا اور حساب لگایا کہ اب ہر ماہ مجھے 170 روپے اور سالانہ 2040 روپے کی بچت ہو گی۔۔۔

یا تو جیسے دیگر اشیاء کیلئے پرائس کنٹرول سسٹم ہے ان کمپنیز پہ بھی لاگو کیا جائے اور سابقہ ریٹ رکھنے پہ کمپنیز کو پابند کیا جائے یا پھر ریٹ بھی سابقہ اور ٹیکس سسٹم بھی سابقہ بحال کر دیا جائے تا کہ نہ عوام کا نقصان ہو نہ قومی خزانے کا۔۔۔۔۔۔
(اپنے پیکج کا ذکر محض مثال کے طور پہ کیا ہے ویسے کمپنی نے تمام ریٹس بڑھا دئیے ہیں )

I received this and then I activated the monthly package of SMS and that showed me of RS 60 which was previously only with RS 49 even the mentioned rates were 47rs.
If that's the case then we should leave jazz net work.

Mobilink 4g activation issue

I am executing Election observer project in KPK, for the purpose I need to be connected with Election Commission of Pakistan from assigned districts. For this purpose I required 4G for the staff of Khyber agency.

On 6th June 2018, I bought 4G from main Mobilink office located on University road, from Mr. Zeeshan (front desk officer - 03018896666).

I informed him that we will be using this in Khyber agency, so complete all the formalities on spot. I paid Rs. 3000 for 4G and Rs. 1500 for the package. On the day he informed that there is error in the system, I have taken all credentials including the bio-metric, as soon as it is functions I will inform you but he did not inform.

After two days my staff from Khyber call him, I call him, he asked to bring the sim card, so that we can insert the numbers mention on it in our software. My staff again came to Peshawar brought the sim card, I again personally visited the University road main office on 8th June 2018, Mr. Zeeshan noted that numbers from the sim card and said that 4G will be activated within 2 hours. I again told him to complete all the matters, as my staff has to move back to Khyber agency and can not re-visit again and again, he gave assurance that 4G will be activated soon and he will inform.

He again did not inform, next day my staff rang him that 4G is still not active and things went on like this... Our worked suffer a lot. Mr. Zeeshan did not bother and showed very casual attitude.

After Eid holidays Mr. Zeeshan was again recontacted, 4G did not got active till 19 June 2018. Neither Mr. Zeeshan informed the further process for its activation.

From 6 to 19 June 2018, after calling him again and again, on 20 June 2018 my staff went to the franchise, reloaded charge of Rs. 1500, re-did the bio-metric and thereafter the 4G got activated.

Please tell me who is responsible for the botheration and addition cost that I have to bear. My all eleci=tion work has suffered because of connectivity issues, My staff visit Peshawar three times (charges Rs. 1000 per visit) and my charge of Rs. 1500.

Kindly refund me these amount at earliest at my door step, else I reverse the right to claim more damages from the legal authorities/ court.

Mobilink jazz coverage and signal problem

Dear sir,

I want to draw your attention a serios problem that we were facing for a long time..
villages name Adlial Sabhral tahsel nousher dietrict khushab punjab very poor signals we can not have good sgniles in most of our village.
Sir out side village road partial 2G service available but when go inside villages Sabhral 2G service not available.
Dear sir in emergency or necessary work we are facing a hurdle problem.
We are not demanding a huge booster tower.
We demand a singal boster plate.that fulfil our basic requirements.
I ensured you that customer using other network services convert to jazz service when bosster plate installed in village sabhral
Dear sir if you solve our burning issue I am very thankful to you..

Mobilink leakage of my personal details and blockage of my number

Dear jazz team:
Very sad to say that on last night my jazz number [protected] was blocked for outgiong calls and internet services.i also know the person who made efforts through his personal relations with jazz team to block my number and also get my personal details.
I want to know the complete inquiry details about said issue.otherwise i will go to court against your operations manager lahore about said issue.
Waiting for responce on this critical matter.

Mobilink false / malfunction of mobilink system and non issuance of tax certificate before june every year.

Dear sir / Madam
# 1= From two months any time the mobilink network is malfunctioning like I dial a number from my cell phone i-e [protected] and the system reply is that I have mot got sufficiant ballance for this call and when I check my ballance by dialing network *111# or 111 code each time I have been charged and come to know that I have ballance in my account. thats unfair.

#2= the service signal strength in jamshoro petaro road is soo bad and I did complaint about it several time but no use.

#3= Secondly each the mobilink service center do not issue tax certificate when I demand on each years month of may to be able to balance it in my fbr tax deduction. I am active tax filler and get certificates from NAFA/ NSC AND get it adjusted in tax return to avoide lengthy process of tax claim... kindly look in to this matter or I have to contact federal mohtasib/court to complaiat about mobilink bad practices. you can give a tax deduction certificate from june 2017 to may 2018 that is not a big issue on this matter I have written application which your staff do not acknowldeg. waiting for your reply my email is [protected]@hotmail.com

i request your retailer to for r.s 50 . He loaded r.s 400 . It was him mistake he received full money from me. he complain mobilink for return of the balance. There is no action on this and nor your retailer returning me my money.
