I went on to the website of www.mobilecraze.com as I was interested in their ringtones packages for cell phones. I entered my phone info, paid with a credit card, was charged and only AFTER I had been charged did I find out that my phone and my carrier are not compatible with any of their services. I contacted their customer service department a few times, via e mail and telephone, no one returned the call and I received an e mail saying that I am able to use their services when in fact my carrier and phone are NOT supported. I asked to be reimurbsed the 19.99 that I had paid and they did not answer nor have I received a refund, I cannot use the services that I paid for and now they're refusing to acknowledge my complaint. This has been going on for a few weeks and I need your help !
