This guy charged $300 for a 19' boat, to come do it at our house. We wanted the convenience and saw his sign on the side of the highway, so we hired him. The boat carpet was wet, but he assured us this wouldn't be a problem because he installs 2 vents to allow airflow. He didn't install the vents, but we didn't notice until he had left 15 minutes after he began the job. We called him 5 times, and were promised 4 different times that he'd come back to install the vents. A week and a half later, still no vents. In the meantime, looked up his phone number online and saw he charges $10/foot - should have been $190 but he charged $300. Our fault for not checking pricing out more in depth, but the guy is definitely a scam artist. Stay away from [protected]! MOBILE SHRINK WRAP

Stacey had me clean boats with her aunt bonnie they both were nice at first buying me smokes and food tho i did not realize by end of week deducted all these things off my pay that were offered
The cleaning they do is very rished through and they did not pay me because they had me clean a very moldy boat that took two 5 hour days of work to clean just the top and canvas which was still not to there liking they were disrespecting me afterwards and did not pay me also took all the credit for my work so please be careful this must be there way of getting through boats faster and then making the money and dropping workers after job is complete with excuses sayin job was not done right when i had eyewitnesses too having the job well done these ppl are fake and con artists

I would like to thank this wonderful board for allowing me to get in contact with Ray. I have spoken with Ray and plans to have my boat ready for spring are already in the works. It's funny how a site that shows the negative side of a person or service can turn into a positive. Due to my last post I was able to contact Ray once again and as I mentioned in my last post Ray has for me gone far above most when it comes to customer service. I could only wish that people in the service industry would have half of what Ray has when it comes to customer service. I would hope that this can show that not all people dealing with Ray have had a bad experience. Now if we can just get out of this COLD winter and have a nice summer to look forward to.

I will say that Ray did make all attempts to help get an engine for my boat but after 3 years I still have not gotten a full summer of using my boat. My new problem now is that I spoke with Ray in June 2013 before I left for vacation and arranged to get this boat finished as soon as I returned. Now, both phone numbers that I had for Ray are listed to different companies and i have no way to reach him and no idea where my boat is? I believe he stored it at his farm but I have no idea where that is. If anyone has any idea's it would be greatly appreciated. I really just want my boat (14' Cadorette bowrider) returned to me. If anyone can help, I can be reached at dlaite@live.com

YES! My son seized our boat motor about three summers ago and I found Ray through kijiji ...He gave us a used engine that he claimed was in great shape. The motor never ran properly, started at his farm but never worked when we got it home. This guy then proceeded to further rip my family off with an outboard engine that looks like it was pulled from a scrap pile. Brought my boat back to this jerk 5 times to his farm off of 11th side road Orillia until he finally disappeared with our money. He does look like the description above, skinny, chain smoker, thick glasses, dark hair, about 5'7", hangs out with a guy that looks like a meth head. Drives a beat up GMC pickup and likes to talk a lot of garbage. Seems very knowledgable which makes him even more dangerous because he is able to gain your trust quick with his lies. DO NOT TRUST HIM, HE HAS A BAD REPUTATION IN ORILLIA AND IS A KNOWN CON ARTIST.

This guys name is Ray Arsic, do a google search on this idiot. He has been charged with boat theft in Innisfil.
http://www.innisfilscope.com/news/2009-04-08/police/014.html
Anybody else with reports of his shady dealings should contact Barrie OPP immediately to further assist investigations against Ray.
Smokes like a chimney, has very bad teeth, coke-bottle glasses and has a bad association with hard drugs.

Stay far away from this guy.
