Purchased product "Mobile Local Fusion" with credit card. Referred to create a password page that was blank. No response to calls or "tech support" request.

It appears I was scammed out of $97.00 buyer beware. I am reporting them to my bank (a large national one) so that they are listed as a scam.

Do not purchase anything from Ryan Deiss or any of his 100's of affiliates, they are all scams

I submitted trouble ticket, no response... I called and got an answering machine...As a consumer your remedies are limited when fraud is going on around you. I will be reasonable for 1 business day, then I release the dogs...

My motivations are that of a consumer that felt ripped off. Although there is now good news. His servers are not operational and I am able to get my content. I guess posting complaints helps...

Thanks Ryan for your input. By the way, the content I purchased from you is excellent. Ryan, you should have weekend tech support, that is the moral of the story. Anything other comments by you about my abilities or skillset or how successful I will be is beneath you.

I am saying that a good vendor would have weekend tech support so as to provide the service levels necessary for a high quality customer experience. When a consumer feels slighted, for whatever reason, then the vendor reputation is potentially negatively impacted. A simple solution is to provide 24/7 support vs. the M-F tech support that is currently provided. If I would have received an immediate reply, I would have not felt slighted, cheated or fraudulently induced into a business transaction. As a "Customer" yourself I can only assume you would have the same opinion. Then again if you are a "shill" for the vendor, your actions through your words speak volumes about the vendor. Mobil Local Fusion is an excellent program with tons of information. Laura Betterly is a very good instructor who tries to give the finest details. I've been using it to promote my personal business. Laura has shown me how to improve my google rank with all the free places to list my business and exactly how to do it. Then there are the paid places and tools. I was surprised at how quickly some of the tips worked and that she only charged $97 for all this information. It is a legitimate program. My son had issues with getting the videos to run. He was using Chrome for a browser. I told him to switch to FireFox and he had no problems. Sometimes the lack of addons or the installation of addons creates the problems and we're not even aware of it. We just think it's the "web's" fault or the website.

It is not true. I purchased mobile Local Fusion and it is an excellent product. Congratulations to Laura Betterly and Ryan Diess. No problem at all!

Hello all,
Q? does anyone that can log into mobilelocalfusion have a problem viewing the 6hrs of videos?
the only things I can access on the site are the mp3 and resource page downloads, the videos are just image placeholders, wrapped in empty tags
I joined up four days ago and have had a ticket open with responses happening, but they are basic ones like "You need to have the most updated version of Adobe Player on your computer to play them" & "please clear your cache" .
my last entry stated:
sofar I have:
- cleared browser & system cache's
- tryed using firefox, IE, safari, google chrome & Opera browsers
- uninstalled adobe flash 10.1, rebooted system and reinstalled and rebooted again just to be sure.
- tryed using the raw/no frills install on my laptop to see if I had some sort of conflict on the desktop pc
- tryed using my andriod browser on my mobile phone

could you please:
1, confirm that they are working from your end, and if so
2, check that my wp-login details dont have any restrictions eg. pending, unconfirmed.

but no actual response to my questions, starting to think that the support is outsourced overseas or is run by an automated system.

Other than download issues, does anyone have experience using the methods taught and actuallty making business deaks and developing a revenue stream? Otherwise it's all talk and cool information but without concrete results and a way to duplicate that approach step by step it;s just wasted money. Ive spent money on real estate seminars and then one out and made money, but it's a lot of work. And the market changes fast so you have to always learn current methods. How does this approach compare and who has actually made money from it so far?

sagokc I had the same problem with the blank page. I went back to the final order page and clicked the continue button, (not sure it said continue now and it was the same as). Finally realized the no scripts icon showed No Scripts Allowed. I use firefox. No Script is an add on that give me control over the scripts the run on a page. I temporarily allowed the needed scripts and the training page appeared. Do you also use Firefox and have No Scripts added on?

@Innova1000 - You originated this thread as someone that was scammed. Now you state that the content that you purchased from Ryan is excellent. Are you now saying that you were wrong in your allegation of fraud? Considering I'm NOT Ryan Diess but rather a customer of his, then your abilities and skillset speaks for itself.

I've bought from Ryan Diess in the past and he's pretty reputable. It's doubtful that you were "scammed" but you probably ran into technical difficulty but failed to resolve the issue with patience. Online marketers can't really make money by scamming people that use Visa/MC/AmEx because chargebacks can result in their merchant account being canceled. If you "release the dogs" after 1 business day then you'll never be successful providing online marketing services to small businesses. (Which is what you attempted to buy from Ryan). In fact, you're the worst type of customer because you let a $97 mishap result in you not only disputing the charge but complaining to the world about your experience. Good luck on being successful if you can't even wait for technical support to resolve the issue when Ryan usually has a 30 day money back guarantee.

With MasterCard and Visa being hacked, who knows who was at fault, but blank pages are not new, happens all the time, but not to be patient and call this a scam is stupid move in my opinion. You can always dispute a charge if not resolved, but I question your motivation given this is such a huge valued service and breaking records. The best opportunities often require patience, and this is an example of a huge success.

With thousands of purchases, there are occasionally technical issues. You can contact support to fix or for a full refund as they will cheerfully do either.
