For everyone who is trying to get resolution to this ongoing barrage of being charged without your knowledge or consent. Let me start by saying that I was a victim to the onslaught of unapproved charges every month. I too, was unable to get any results on this matter and was obviously very peeved. I took action today, by writing an email to the "Support Team" at: www.creditreport.com. I gave them my full name, and told them that I wanted the service that they were charging me for deactivated. I gave them an Order ID # that had been emailed to me some time last year. (If you don't have this #, I am sure that you can use the Phone #s included below to talk to an operator who will have some kind of personal account, or card# to reference the order by.) I also requested them to send an email confirmation for the deactivation, (so that I could keep it for my records, pending any further charges). I received afore mentioned request for email confirmation today as well:
