MLB / Customer Service and Co-Reg
I ordered MLB radio.
First of all, it didn't work. I tried contacting them.
Waited on the phone for an hour - nothing.
E-mailed - nothing.
On top of that, they have some deal with Sports Ilustrated where you get it for free when you sign up for MLB radio - of course, they automatically start billing you after the first few issues.
It's really a lousy thing to do, and I'm surprised that two fairly reputable companies are doing it.
