The other guy bump my car at the back and now they said my car is writen Off, it is very difficult for my way to pay me and their buzy deducting money from my account, i want to know which car are we insuring by that money bcs the car is writen off

And this thing of empty promice is waste of our time, now it takes two months now bcs you always do empty promice, if we dnt call you, you dnt call us

I ask you to give me the letter of demand sor that i can go and claim from the other guy s insurance as a thurd party, they refuse to give me,

Last time when i spoke to them is because i take them to ombasman then they phone me i go and sit with them, they do another empty promise again untill i phone them,

I wana warn them now, if my claim fail, the whole south africa will knw the treatment that you give to your clients, i dnt think i can manage to waite for claim that is gonna fail
If my claim fail
While i m waiting for Ombasman to to deal with the case, i will expose them via (Speak out) on SABC 2
