Mitsubishi service

Dear sir/madam

I had a service at dadenong mitsubishi.
I told them their is a missing part at rear seat belt. They said they gonna order and it takes 2 to 3 weeks. Its been more than 3 months no one contacted me. Even I follow up after my car service, they said they will let me know.
I am really not happy with the service. We pay for our car service and we pay for new car as well. If your service centre not providing service than their is no point buying cars from mitsubishi.
I will send the photo of service stamp and my car no is 1gn6uc.
I hope u will do something best for customers.
My email is [protected]@gmail.com
Kind regards
Prakash

Mitsubishi mitsubishi 2018 mirage g4

On july 26 2018, I told sales man I needed a car that can travel well threw mountains to nj and nc. I needed a/c. He shows me mirage g4, says it travels great threw mountains. I did not actually drive car till august 4 2018 to take road trip to nc to see my grandkids. Note I only bought car for travel to visit my grand kids in nj and in nc. I have a seprate work vehical. This car can't handle mountains, can't use the a/c when traveling, I was scared entire drive had to hold on to steering wheel both hand with a tight grip. That was a 60, speed limits of 70 horrible around the mountain curves felt like I was going to spin out entire trip. I could not drive speed limit safefly, tractor trailer litterally blew the car off the road. Ashville nc it started pouring up hill and car would not go more then 25 mph, I thoight for sure I be killed in car had to pull over for two hours till rain stopped. Still it struggled threw not safe for interstate driving at all. This car is usless to me and now still can't travel to see my grand kids after realizing this car will never get my to nj alive. The sales man mis represented this car as a great car to drive threw mountains lie. When I returned to wv on 8/13/18 I brought the car back to charleston mitsubishi to return this useless car. Spoke to todd, he was rude, nasty and had no interest in my complaints and walked me to door and said we can't take the car back. I am not rich I live pay check to pay check and now I have a car that is usless to me a high car payment and high interest. And now I have no options in my budget and stuck with a new car can't travel in or go any where up hill. Or travel wv speed limits on interstate safely. I have called about other issues trasmission whinning, does not shift properly, 8 times in park car kept moving, brakes lose air or decompress while driving, the car started brake issues and noises at 1400 miles, the car it getting load the more I drive it and even putters. Really just want to return the car since 8/12/18. And todd at the dealer refuse to help me. Thats before the mechanical issues even started. I would like to return car and some how not have my credit ruined in the process. No one will refinance the car cause loans so new they want $6000.00 to trade. I need a quick resolution. With the way car drives it will not last life of my loan if I continued to use it for travel. If I can' t travel in this car then it really is worth less. I read up on this car clean fleet report it was not recommened for speed or interstate driving. Sales man really should not of recommened this car when I clearly said I was buying for travel. Car was recoommended for small town city driving only at speeds of 35 to 45.
I hope the corporate office can help me out to resolve this matter. Trade in for a used car thats travel friendly, return car, not ruin my credit. I really want a 2001 jeep cherokee 6 cylinder mint condition under 99, 000 miles.

Mitsubishi service schedule

We purchased our Mirage in Feb 2014. Since then it has travelled 16520 klm. The car was stored for 12 months while we travelled around Australia which put us out of schedule with our servicing. Our dealer and Mitsubishi Australia are threatening to cancel our capped servicing because we have not had it serviced within the required time period. I have asked for an extension so that we can get back into sync with the service timeline but they have refused. This policy was not explained to us when we purchased the vehicle.
This is our 3rd Mitsubishi vehicle and now it will be our last. I am due to upgrade my 4 wheel drive and was considering another Pajero. I will never buy another Mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi below standard car service

Date . 24/08/2018 - West Motor Company - London SW13 9RU
Service invoice No. 9020 - Job No. 8157 - Outlander Gx 4H Phev Auto - 2014

I am complaining about the quality of service I received from your authorized dealer, Originally the dealer quoted the amount of £2400 for the service and replacement of of rear bushes, which I could not afford at the time, but asked to do the bushes and part service and my bill was £1033.04.

After the service, the vehicle didn't drive well ( above 40m, the vehicle start to shudder like the engine/motor is cutting) and felt worse than it was before the service, I had quick look under the bonnet and found the air filter has not being changed and no screen wash is added despite I have been charged for them.

I took the vehicle back and went with the mechanic for a drive to test the shuddering problem, and the mechanic response was that this car should be driven gently ? What ! i have been driving this car for one and half year and never had this problem before the service, the mechanic took the car into the work shop and said they changed the filter and inspected the car and is 100% ok.

Its not, as I tested the car by speeding to 40mph, and the shuddering happened again. I am taking the car to independent Garage for inspection, and may consider taking legal action if the problem was caused by the your engineers.

I must express my disappointment with your dealer and I am losing confident in your vehicles and supporting services.

Mitsubishi oem starter and alternators meant to be scrapped was instead auctioned off

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Good day to you. I will like to inform you that there is a certain lot of over 70 thousand Mitsubishi OEM vehicle alternators and starters that have been sold to a buyer in Asia recently. This lot of Mitsubishi products was meant to be scrapped, but had somehow been shipped out to Asia where it was auctioned off to the highest bidder. I will like to emphasize that this is neither a spam email, nor a joke.

A buyer has been found for this lot of Mitsubishi alternators and starters, with exact lot/serial codes and quantities of each model in the list attached. These units will flow into the aftermarket and undercut your sales. Also, these units pose a serious threat to consumers because these units' quality are questionable. Please see the attached photos for additional evidence that this lot of Mitsubishi products were not destroyed as required. Send [protected]@outlook.com an email to request for the full list of alternators and starters which have been auctioned off.

You still have a chance to act but time is running out. This lot of Mitsubishi vehicle products are currently housed in a warehouse in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is expected that these goods will be shipped out soon via sea to another location. You may conduct your own investigation and contact authorities to seize the products before they flow into your market and undercut you.

You have been warned.

Regards,
A Friendly Netizen

Mitsubishi paint

I am very discouraged with how Mitsubishi treats their customers. My windshield got replaced at an offsite location and when they removed the painter tape - it peeled a small piece of the paint off of the roof. I took it to the Mitsubishi dealer in Costa Mesa where I purchased the vehicle and the service department representative basically said it was no longer under warranty. A Sales guy walked in and tried to sale me another vehicle. I couldn't believe that instead of offering up a solution, a salesman is trying to sale me another car. Mitsubishi does not stand up for their vehicles and basically doesn't take responsibility for the poor paint. I expect more from the manufacturer. I want to know who else I need to contact to place a complaint against Mitsubishi and the poor paint issues that comes off with painters tape.

Mitsubishi factory paint

I have a 2009 Lancer bought new, only 55000 miles on car. The pain started looking horrible and I had a painter look at it and he said the factory did not put enough clear coat on the car from the factory. It has never been in an accident or anything, actually in great condition other than paint. After buying this car a few years later I was disabled., I don't have the money to get a new paint job. Can you help with this problem.

Mitsubishi fiance fraud tampa mitsubishi

Finance fraud was committed on the purchase of my vehicle on 6/16/18. I used to finance cars with Wells Fargo so I was able to sniff the fraud out after Travis, the salesperson on my car went ghost for a week after I bought the car because he wanted to dodge me after saying that they would tint my car windows as part of the deal for me to buy the car. After a week of him dodging me and than finally calling me back after I left him a voicemail asking to talk to a manager, he claimed he "never said that they would tint my new cars windows" but rather that he said "they would try to tint my windows". As a former car salesman and 40 year old mortgage broker and ex car finance guy for Wells Fargo myself, I would have never agreed to such terms. I also didnt expect such a scammy, fraudulent/deceptive experience, so I didnt ask for the window tint to be on the buyers order or anything, but ultimately the car window tint was approved by Earl the general manager, after I had to physically go into the dealership and start telling customers in there what happened in order for someone to actually take action. This was the first time I really started to wonder if any other scammy things happened during the car buying experience, and sure enough there was in fact finance fraud on my transaction. In Florida, it is illegal to intentionally deceive someone for profit in business, yet as you can see in the photo I have attached, on the 2nd line of this form that Travis presented to me, Travis wrote a $2995 hidden fee that was disguised as "cash or Trade equity" on the second line just under the price of the car. Since I was getting around $3k less for my trade than what I owed, I had no reason to assume that this $2995 was an extra hidden fee. The fact that I was financing $11k on top of what I already owed seemed high, but I had no reason to suspect such fraud because I had a "good experience" that day. Again, the window tint incident is what enlightened me to wondering if there was anything fraudulent that happenened because in the back of my mind I was wondering how I can be tacking on $11k when I was only $3k upside down in my trade. So on the day I went to pick up my car from the dealership, I asked to see a copy of my buyers order. They dodged me for a very long time so I started recording a video as well, which I can upload later if you need it. As you can see in the photo attachment that I have included with this complaint though, the $2995 hidden fee that was disguised as "cash or trade equity" was added to the sale price, making the total price ($34, 989). This is obvious criminal INTENT and again is illegal in Florida. Here is one such statute that cites this crime: "misleading advertising" includes any statements made, or disseminated, in oral, written, or printed form or otherwise, to or before the public, or any portion thereof, which are known, or through the exercise of reasonable care or investigation could or might have been ascertained, to be untrue or misleading, and which are or were so made or disseminated with the intent or purpose, either directly or indirectly, of selling or disposing of real or personal property, services of any nature whatever, professional or otherwise, or to induce the public to enter into any obligation relating to such property or services.

Pretty black and white. I also have a 15 minute video of Earl admitting to these deceptive sales practices like I mentioned that I can send later, and Earl even said he was going to refund me the $2995 because of this fraud. He even sent me a picture of a $2995 check made out to me, but after he started giving me the run around about it (saying he needs the owner of the dealership to sign it, that the owner was out of the country, etc.) I began to get upset. He said I sent him "too many text messages" and so he "changed his mind". I have been an honest mortgage broker and Realtor serving my home city of Tampa for 15 years and unless this hidden and deceptive $2995 fee is refunded to me like it should be, I am going to sue for it and a lot more on top of the $2995. I have friends who are lawyers who handle all my legal work for free. I am also paying a higher % rate because of the fraud because ofthe resulting higher loan to value. The whole staff for the most part except maybe a few, is a den of thieves, and I have never made a complaint about a car buying exerience in my life until now. I have owned 4 cars in the last 12 years and this is my first complaint. This is an obvious fraud case and I want my money refunded and more. I want Travis fired, the finance guy who encouraged him to deceive me fired, and the closer fired who lied and told me that this was in fact my negative equity from my trade in and not an extra fee. Supposedly, they said I signed an addendum agreeing to these extra charges, but no such addendum was given to me and so if there is a signature on there, its a forgery. As a former car finance person, I know that all I should be financing was the sale price, plus the negative equity (around $3k from my trade), my gap insurance policy, the dealer fee of $995, and the taxes and licensing/registration fees. I never signed an addendum agreeing to more than this and why a fee labeled as "cash or trade equity" was presented to me as a hidden fee as part of the sales process to deceive me is unbelievable. I will be filing complaints with the DMV, consumer finance protection burea (the feds) and the florida office of financial regulation should the $2995 hidden fee not be refuned to me immediately. Tampa Mitsubishi is lucky that is all I want. I have closed 100s and 100's of car loans at Wells Fargo, but it has been about 13 years since I was in that business and this is simply wrong. I didnt and never would have agreed to extra fees and its just illegal to label a hidden fee as "cash or trade equity" when its not. Plain and simple. I have never made an official complaint about a business until now, but this is a grievous criminal sales practice, and It goes without saying that a hidden fee of $2995 should not be disguised as "cash or trade equity" as part of the sales process. This situation is the definition of finance fraud as cited in the statute above.

Mitsubishi local mitsubishi dealership complaint

In 2015 I purchased a new 2015 Lancer for my daughter. Initially we took the vehicle in for an oil change. We were told it would be an hour. 2 hours into the wait I was told it was almost ready. After 3 hours I spoke with the manager of the service department (Earl) where he informed me that they had other cars to work on not just hers. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional at which time I told him just that. 5 hours later we finally got the car back. After that we had some minor issues with the car where we had to take it into the service department because of the warranty at which they could find nothing wrong with it. Avoiding Earl each time. On July 23 of this year my daughter took the car in because the steering wheel is randomly making a dialing noise. At this time she encountered Earl. She told him she had a video of the steering wheel and the noise it was making. He, once again, became very rude to her, informing her that he does not listen to videos. She was also told by him that she needed to go put more gas in her car (she had 1/4 of a tank of gas) and return. When she returned she was met by an employee who asked to watch the video. After one hour she was called and told that they "lubed" her steering wheel but could find nothing wrong. On her drive home (25 min drive) the steering wheel made the noise again. Today, August 1 @225 pm, I called the service department so that I could take the car back in to have it looked at again. Much to my dismay I encountered Earl on the phone. He informed me that if we could not reduplicate the issue for them they could do nothing about it. I told him about the video at which he interrupted me and stated again they would do nothing until they could hear it in person. So I again informed him that it was random. That I wanted it looked at. He refused to make me an apt. I then told him I wanted to speak with the owner and asked for the owners name at which he stated "well it is called Leskovar isnt it"...This entire conversation with this man both times I have had to deal with him has been incredibly unprofessional. He poorly represents mitsubishi. I have purchased 15 new cars over the years and have never once had an issue with a delearship. I have formerly owned 2 mitsubishi eclipses from a different delearship. I will never again purchase another mitsubishi because of this service department/management.

Mitsubishi mitsubishi lancer 2017

I baught a brand new mitsubishi lancer 2017 from nippon motors in Lebanon, on Feb 2018, since the first day the air conditioner has not been working correctly the car was taken to the service garage but thr AC remained the same. And now on the 26th of July 2018 just five month after i baught the car the belt for the air conditioning fan is loose and i towed the car to the service center. This is not acceptable for a car that is stright from the company and i paid 17000$ cash to be sent to the servixe center twice in 5 months my old nissan 2016 is better than this car and never had this problem, besides the car has been in the service center for two days now and still they have not started fixing it, i will find every rating opportunity and give the company the lowest raiting and will never advice a pear to buy a mitsubishi, [censored]ty car, and even a [censored]tier service.
I really regret buying mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi mitsubishi xpander exceed

I booked for Xpander Exceed 0n December 3th 2017 through Mr.Afif as sales of Mitsubishi Ciwangi Berlian Motors Pondok Indah at the exhibition in Lippo Mall Puri.

Actually I could booked at Mitsubishi branch at jalan Panjang for it was very near form my house, but Mr Afif Promised the he would managed all the process so I did not need to come to Pondok indah, the showroom where he was working. I also refused to book because took too much time for indent which took about 4-5 month to wait until getting the car, but again he promised very surely that I would certainly accepted the car not longer than Pebruary 20th 2018. He also told me the all the process including invoice, STNK, BPKB would be finished in 3 weeks and not longer than 1 month. So I paid the booking fee at December 30th 2017. But until March, there was no information from Mr. Afif when I could have the Xpander. I contacted him by phone and wahtsapp but he did not answer. So I came to Mitsubishi Ciwangi Berlian Motors at Pondok Indah on Saturday for asking what the problem was but the office closed. I decided to contact by phone and came several time to the Ciwangi to find confirmation when I could have my car. At last I met Mr. Lilik, suprviser (superior) of Mr. Afif and he promised me that I would have my car in May.

On May 18th, Mr. Lilik Send me order confirmation by WhatsApp that stated my car which had serial number 4152, Body number : MK2NCWHARJJ003072 and Machine Number : 4A91DK7198

I paid off on May 21st, 2018 at amount Rp 224.550.000, - according the price that was written on the ordered letter, by transfer via BCA.

June 25, Mr Lilik told me by WhatsApp that my payment was less at amount Rp 400.000, - He showed me the pricelist. I said that I paid according to the price that was listed on the ordered letter. he said that it was a mistake of Mr.Afif. I could tolerate the different understanding, I paid again Rp 400.00, - via BCA transfer.

Mr.Lilik send the Car to my house on June 26th, 2018 without Invoice, STNK and BPKB.

In this transaction I have fulfilled all my obligations. Now I am asking my Right and questioning about Mitsubishi's promise and obligations.

In this case Mitsubishi Ciwangi Berlian Motors has breaking its promise by postpone the car delivery and delayed the deliverance of invoice, STNK

Mitsubishi a vehicle is financed in 2015.

I did a trade/finance at one of your Mitsubishi dealers in 2015. I was taken full advantage of in doing this trade. I have spoken to existing managers about this ordeal and know one has compensated me apologised nor gave me any other options that would sayisfy myself. The manager at this time doing to sale name was steve located at the cherry hill N.J complex. I drove in a 2007 dodge caliber which was traded in gor a Mitsubishi outlander sport and i put a substancial amount of cash down as well. At the time og purchase i explained to steve that my car note is presently$325.00 and doing this trade i cannot go over this amount. Not 1 penny. So he made my carnote $476.00 and i told him i caanot afford it he then promised me that in 6mos i payments will go down to 316.00. This hasnt happened i had to refinance which bought my payments down to presently $421.00 which is still to high. Til this day this deal has put me in debt beyond your imagination. I was lied to treated poorly and to this day Mitsubishi dealers are harrassing me to bring my car in for an upgrade more money! After all they have done to me how do you think i feel. I gave up complaining and calling down there because they told me that mang. No longer works there. Wow! Whatever you could do for me even if its an apology i would be content. Thank you. Mitsubishi my floor mats

I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander car from your agent in Jordan.
but unfortunately I have a negative feedback for this deal will summary it as below mentioned:
The car was ready for handup on June 25, 2018.
In the Handover process, I discovered a scratch in the steering wheel.
The agent recorded my note but with no action so far.
After completing the handover I also found that the floor mats was not original.
I complained to the local and main agent in Jordan, but with no Positive results.
The agent told me that the floor mats was not delivered by Mitsubishi Motors mother company in Japan which I found hard to believe.
to sum up:
I want my Original floor mats as I bought a new car from a highly reputed Company.
I want a compensation because of the unprofessional cooperation from the local agent in Jordan.
As a loyal customer for Mitsubishi Motors I really recommend to reconsider your agent in Jordan.

Mitsubishi excessive charges for labor installing a wheel bearing

James Barreto 160 Summerton Circle East Stroudsburg, PA 18301

07/15/2018

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation
PO Box 6400
Cypress, CA 90630-9998

Dear Customer Care Service:
I am writing this correspondence to bring to your attention my unsatisfactory experience of being over-charged and subjected to unfair business practices with one of your Mitsubishi dealerships in Pennsylvania. The dealership is Haltermans Mitsubishi, located at 1752 Paradise Trl Rte. 447 East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
On 6/29/18, I was made aware that the right wheel bearing on my 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander was cracked while getting the left-side wheel bearing repaired by M1, a local automotive shop. I did not allow M1 to replace the right-side bearing since it had been replaced just the month before on 4/26/18, by Maggi Mitsubishi at 150 Shiloh Rd. State College, PA 16801. I expected that since the bearing should be under warranty by Mitsubishi Motors, I would only have to pay for the labor, given the bearing cracked so soon after installation.
On Thursday, 7/5, I brought my car into Haltermans for the replacement and explained what happened. The Service Advisor was Kristi Finkel. She suggested I drop it off and leave it overnight and the tech would inspect the vehicle in the morning (Friday, 7/6). On Friday the 6th, Ms. Finkel reached out to inform me that the bearing was not in stock and that it may arrive that evening, but there was no guarantee that the car would be ready by then.
She also mentioned that her tech, Michael Cotter, informed her that the right-side bearing looked like it was the original bearing and hub assembly, implying that it was not replaced by Maggi. Additionally, she stated that she's never heard of a wheel bearing being replaced in one hour (Maggi had billed me for 1.5 hrs). Following up on a conversation I had heard at M1, I asked Ms. Finkel if an aftermarket bearing is the same as an OEM bearing and she stated that she noticed aftermarket bearings crack more frequently than OEM but they sometimes go aftermarket to save the customer money. I then decided to have an OEM bearing installed at Haltermans; which increased my cost from $380 to $600.
After having that discussion with Ms. Finkel, I thought the Maggi/Mitsu charged me for services not rendered and I immediately notified the service manager of Maggi/Mitsu, Mr. Drew Clemson. Mr. Clemson assured me that the job was done and his tech, Steve, who serviced the car is a 40-year veteran of Mitsubishi and would never say he did something if he had not. He also said there was no way any tech can remove the tires and tell just from looking whether or not it was a replacement or an original but Mr. Clemson did say it was an after-market part that was installed at Maggi and if it was in fact broken, after replacement, they would refund us for the part. I felt he was being forthright and honest with me.
Since the part had not arrived on Friday the 6th, the vehicle remained at the shop over the weekend and on Monday the 9th, after not hearing from Ms. Finkel, I called her and inquired as to the progress of the car. She then informed me that there was an issue getting a lock nut off, and the part was still in transit and would probably arrive that evening. I asked her to have the tech check the part number on the bearing that was being removed to see if it matched with the part number on the Maggi bill, to substantiate Mr. Clemson's claim that it was done. She stated that it was so rusty and dirty that she didn't know if he'd be able to read it, but that she'd put the bearing in my car so we can see for ourselves. She also said she'd contact me on Tuesday, the 10th, to let me know if I could pick up my car.
On Tuesday the 10th, it wasn't until 3pm that a person named Melissa called me to say they were still having difficulty getting the lock nut off and were not sure it would be completed by the end of the day. Since Ms. Finkel did not inform me that she'd be off, I decided to go to Haltermans after work in case she did not convey that I needed them to save the removed bearing. It was then I met Service Manager Amanda and explained the situation. Amanda again expressed the difficulty with the lock nut being removed and that repair was still pending but assured me that when the bearing was removed, it would be placed into my car.
On Wednesday the 11th, day 6 of them having my car, again after waiting all day, my son Michael called and spoke to Ms. Finkel. He was informed that the lock nut was off but that the tech had to invest extra time on my vehicle and that would incur additional cost to me. I stated that I initially agreed to have the OEM bearing placed at Haltermans, for the agreed amount of 600 dollars and that did not include a refund for the replacement bearing. I could not believe Ms. Finkel did not mention any extra cost to me directly and I immediately called her to request that the tech not go any further if it would involve being charged more because I felt the 600 dollars was already more than I had intended to spend. I had already reluctantly agreed to the 600 because of the OEM part. She should have notified me in advance if there were going to be additional charges. Her response to me was that she had been keeping me abreast of all matters involving my car and also claimed to have saved me an extra 850 dollars because her tech took care not to break the axle of my car in removing the lock nut. Her statement was senseless to me. It suggested that her tech would have charged me if HE BROKE MY AXLE. If the tech had broken my axle he would be the responsible party, not I.
I finally received my vehicle on Thursday the 12th and my bill ballooned up from 600 dollars to 946 dollars and the explanation I received from Ms. Finkel was that the extra charges were due to the tech investing extra time to take off the bearing assembly and lock nut. I paid under protest and stated so on the receipts.
What I cannot understand is how can one Mitsubishi service station and another automotive shop manage to replace a bearing within two to three hours the most and charge me 200 to 400 dollars but Haltermans needed six days and raised my charges excessively by their tech's inability to complete the task in a reasonable timeframe. I feel this scenario was manufactured by Haltermans service department, so they can charge more money and forced my hand to pay it. It was as if my car was being held captive and if I refused payment, they'd have the right to hold my car as a lien until I pay off the increased charges. How is that fair to the customer who couldn't afford the 600 in the first place but is now forced to pay for the mechanic's failure?

In summary, the customer service I received from Haltermans was extremely poor. In the six days Haltermans kept my car, Ms. Finkel called me only once. If I didn't initiate the contact, I feel I would have been kept waiting indefinitely. I was never given an opportunity to see where the issue was; all I kept hearing was that there was a ‘hard time' getting a part off. Even though I asked for the part number of the piece being removed, I did not get it. Instead I got a part that may or may not be from my actual car. The repair took far too long. Lastly, the cost was unnecessarily inflated.
I respectfully request for Mitsubishi to look into this and assist me in obtaining a refund of the additional 346 dollars I feel overpaid Haltermans for labor and the 82 dollars paid for the replaced bearing that was installed by Maggi.
I am attaching all my supporting documents. I can be reached at [protected], if you require a conversation. I can also be reached at [protected]@msn.com. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,

James Barreto
