Another website is www.misuniversity.com/swat. Please please do not subscribe to the coaching service or buy product from these scammers. I paid $147 for the full Real Estate SWAT Training DVD Set and Transcript, but did not receive anything. Numerous calls to the listed number never connected me to a live person. The only options are to email. So I tried that, but never received a response.
Mike Warren continues to send me emails so I replied to his email using [protected]@misuniversity.com, but again no response.
And while you're at it, be leary of another RE BSer, The Jeff Adams Group. The sales people are like "car salespeople" promoting lies and fraud. But they are smart in that they don't make promises in writing, only verbally. The JA Group also does not offer a guarantee. First major red flag. Simply put, stay away!
After months of email, Mike Warren and his team finally delivered the product. They even offered to send the first series and did deliver that as well. Don't know if I would try them again though as I was never able to talk with a live person, only communicated via email. Bottom line, I will only TRY an offer as long as it has a full money back guarantee or a trial period!
I purchased the Judgements-Liens-Options course a few days ago. I also can't seem to talk to a real person despite calling different times of the day. Left voicemail info no response. Tried email and again no response. I'm beginning to think I've been suckered once again!
