These persons are doing fraud from many years by keep on changing their firm name or location so that people can be fooled easily. They will told very fancy money making story. U will be visited few Misty Abacus centers to prove themselves genuine . The day u will give them money every commitment or fancy story will come to end. All the staff, franchisee owners, advertisement holders, book publisher and more all have been cheated by them u can find lot of their grievance by simply typing misty abacus in google search. It is obvious all will not going to lie. I have also been harassed by these people so its my duty to save the hard earned money of yours whether u r parent or try to join or serve them in any form.

I KNOW THIS PERSON VERY CLOSE ... NOW WHAT WILL THEY DO ... THEY WILL FILL UP THIS WHOLE PAGE WITH SOME PORN SEXIES STORIES OR NON RELEVANT STORY SO THAT U PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO KNOW THE TRUTH SO AGAIN A BIG REQUEST DON'T GET CHEATED BY THESE FRAUD PERSON ... MUMBAI POLICE AND CRIME BRANCH HAVE REGISTERED LOT OF CASE AGAINST THEIR PROMOTERS... INFACT FEW ARE BEHIND JAIL... SO NEVER GO BY THESE WORDS.

Misty Abacus (Mr Praful)

I have been dealiing with Mr Praful who's the owner of this company and very nice person to talk to. But when it comes to delivering on promises there is no way you can get through.
I had my niece registering with him for taking classes to become teacher for Abacus. Shilpi, one of her employee came at home giving couple classes and take the payment with the understanding that classes will be organized at home. Class was good since it is the time of payment, Shilpi took the check. Since then its been almost 6 months I have been following up to organize rest of 15-20 clasess training classes, issuing certificate etc but everything vanishes with promises and commitments over the phone only without holding any classes.

I am at a stage wherein I have given up and stopped calling him or Shipli for the same as it only adds to frustration. I have considered this as bad choice and wrong decision of making payment to some local company or Mr Praful.

I recommend not to go for teacher profession with Misty Abacus since they only take the payment without any commitment to complete training.
