I order from about 6 items from Lovely wholesale and didn't get all my items! In which I am Missing 2 things! and I didn't even get a refund for it, and I tried numerous times to send in a ticket/complaint, but Anytime I would try to send it in, it didnt let! its impossible to send in a ticket/ issuse on their site

I bought something from Lovelywholesale and they took my money right away but I did not receive any payment confirmations and that was strange. I tried to contact them but they did not reply and that moment I felt that something was wrong.
My item didn't arrive and I wasn't able to reach anyone from Lovelywholesale customer service. And that's actually the reason why I can't get a refund, simply because they ignore all me refund and order cancellation requests.
I don't recommend this company to anyone, they are terrible and thieves. I give them last chance and then if nothing will change I will contact the police and my lawyer.

I order a shirt and a pair of glasses about two and a half weeks ago before I order things off of amazon fossil footlocker and other places and still haven't received my items but i've received everything from everybody else im pissed that was part of my easter outfit. I will never recommend anyone to shop or even look at this site ever. This is bad for business. All the contact numbers are #. I hate I didnt read the reviews before hand

What's the point of complaining and nobody haven't received #### yet., its pissing me off cause it shouldn't have to take 3 months cause that's how long I been waiting and I want my #### point blank period and the numbers y'all have listed doesn't even work so how that work 🤔 And to top it off you guys haven't tried to update y'all system but yet and still ppl still complaining and y'all not doing anything about instead of updating ya information and/or emailing ppl to let them know., y'all not even doing that like ughhhh never again ! The next question is who can we go to besides lovelywhole sale, because I want my items !

I have four orders that I have not received yet it's been over 2 weeks I spent over $300 and I cannot get in contact with anyone that is bad very bad customer service that's bad business each number that I have called I have not gotten contact with anyone I'll try email and I tried live chat I held try everything and I'm going to make a claim because I don't have my orders or my money they took my money and saying you know I call PayPal I called everyone and I still have not received nothing and I need my merchandise I gave you all my money

I made a purchase for almost $600 dollars on March 31, 2017 and expedited these items and still haven't received the items, they have not yet been shipped yet, can't get ahold of any representatives to resolve this dispute, and instead of cancelling my order and receiving my money back like requested they instead keep telling me that they will ship my items out in 24 hours or as soon as possible. Even though the items are cheap the shipping is expensive and the arrival time is falsely advertised regardless if you opt for expediting or standard shipping.

Good Morning I have purchased 2 items on March the 10th 2017 and I have not yet received anything. I've been calling and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. The numbers that are on the website keep saying that nobody is available at the time and to leave a messages. I left 2 already. I would like to know how long until I get my items, and what's the hold up. Thanks for your time!

I purchased 2 items from them and they cancelled my order after almost a month..I can't email them, because they said my email is invalid, but they contacted me to say my order is cancelled :( all I want is my money back..this company is #### and very unprofessional..they need to be taken down. And the 2 numbers they have listed is unavailable and it's in two different states..

I placed order # R2017032809337 and tried to cancel immediately after It did not allow me to choose my ship method. They automatically took my money. I tried to cancel my order but unable to get through. My email they indicated was not valid in which they sent me an email to review and I tried to cancel. Then but unable to respond to emails. I tried to send message via Facebook but they blocked me from comments. I want money back. Luckily I used PayPal. I have contacted my bank and PayPal and Better business bureau. Just matter of time.

I have not received my item. My tracking information states it has arrived, But the post office doesn't have it. Order # [protected]. When I tried to submit a ticket, it keeps telling me my order number is incorrect. I would like the shorts or a refund..l purchased it 02/25/17.. was supposed to arrive 03/01/2017. I have tried tracking these items and each time I get a message stating unknown. I also have tried submitting a ticket but the page keeps asking for a valid email address.

I ordered some items a good while ago and dyill have not received any tracking number!. WHAT IS GOING ON?!. I can't reach customer service, i can't srnd a ticket because it's saying my email address isn't valid, yet it's the same email address i used and they sent me an email to, saying they received my payment for my order. How ling does it take for an order to be processed?. This is ridiculous and i swear to god if i am being ripped off for this and out of my money i will SURELY sue this company!

I never got a tracking number my items say waitng to ship nd its be a week since i paid. I will seek legal action if i dont get my items!
