MissHolly This is a very bad place!

Hello. I am in a terrible situation and it seems like I was scammed. Long story short.
I placed my order with MissHolly three weeks ago and never since heard anything back from them. I did not get a payment confirmation, but my bank confirmed that MissHolly received the payment. There was also no tracking number so I can't track my order without their help.
Of course I tried to contact them but they didn't reply, and that's why I decided to post some reviews and maybe then they'll notice me. Please don't buy from this store, this is a very bad place and they are not to be trusted.

MissHolly Fraudulent company

I have ordered a beautiful white dress from www.missholly.com.au and did not receive it. Order was placed about a month ago. I've tried to contact MissHolly tons of times but they ignored me.
Then I went to their Facebook page and could not believe my eyes when I saw all the positive reviews!
I decided to leave a negative feedback and it was deleted right away. So now it made sense. They're actually deleting everything negative and live only positive reviews (or, perhaps all these reviews are fake).
Then I left another one and it was also erased and later they blocked my profile! What a scam!

I returned an item which they didn't refund or credit me for and I chased them numerous times.

Only when I raised a PayPal dispute did they respond.

They refused to refund and only wanted to offer me a store credit... When I displayed my dissatisfaction they wanted to then claim that they didn't even receive my return on the item
