Miss Bhutan 2010 reviews and complaints

We have heard a lot about the Miss Bhutan beauy pageant and have come to realize that it is a real scam. Miss World, Miss Earth, Miss International and Miss Tourism Queen International pageant organisers have been informed by email about this complaint as well.

The president of the Miss Earth pageant has also thanked us for the warning about Miss Bhutan pageant.

There is evidence of an employee of the organiser Karma Thsering and his company MPC Entertainment who is allowed to take part in the pageant even though it is clearly stated in international pageant guidelines that employees and relatives of the organisers must not be part of the pageant.

The name of the contestant is Tenzin Norden who is supposed to be amongst the winners as well if SMS voting can be taken into consideration.

The organsier Karm Tshering seems to be lying that he is getting Bollywood actresses and superstars Shilpa Shetty and Priyanka Chopra to be judges for the 2010 pageant.

Our sources reveal that neither Shilpa Shetty or Priyanka Chopra have been contacted in this regard and have their schedules busy at the final time during end of September.

The organisers of the Miss Bhutan pageant also own a company called "Bhutan Mountain Holiday" where they offer customised tour packages to foreign nationals.

It is interesting to know that we have friends who have revealed that their car drivers are always late and very lazy, arrogant and not professional at all.

"Bhutan Mountain Holiday" also claims to offer tons of packages under one roof when in reality the owner Karma Tshering has absolutely no travel and tourism study or work experience in the past.

To conclude this complaint about Karma Tshering and Miss Bhutan 2010, we are still doing research on this organisation to dig deeper into reports that the 2008 beauty pageant was fixed and that 2 of the contestants in the 2010 pageant are already married.

Many higher placed officialsin Bhutan are said to have not liked the idea of a beauty pageant in 2008 and hadn't spoken to Karma Tshering for over a year as they felt he was just out to enjoy with the girls and use them.

In 2010, the 18 finalists (originally 20 finalists but 2 dropped out as their parents did not allow them to be part of this shameful pageant nor live in isolation for 2 months) are living in a building in Thimphu which is located near slums and had no water coming into the building during the day.

The male pageant coordinators as well as the organiser Karma Tshering have spent many late nights talking to these 18 girls. We are digging deeper into this as well as 1 contestant has revealed some private things to us.

All in all, the 2010 Miss Bhutan Pageant is still on even after all this. It seems like the international pageant organisers do not really care what goes on in Bhutan and has decided to still allow these girls to take part in the Miss World, Miss Earth, Miss International and Miss Tourism Queen International pageants.

We feel it is a real shame that people like Karma Tshering are not probed on these matters. He is a cheat and a fraud who lies in almost every second sentence.
