I went to etihad marina mall counter and asked for to OK to board of my tickets as it is a requirement from out country, etihad representator lady her name Alster Or Aster something like hat she refuse to do by saying that its not important or we dont do it any more, , , Now, I called to etihad customer service and asked the same question, , , they told me that yes I need to do that, , , i cam back and asked again and also from i booked the ticket that agency also told me to have OK to board, , , , , I called the agency and gentleman told me that if he can speak to the lady, , , , I gave my phone and she was very unpolitely talking to the person on the phone and saying dont teach me my job and thats its, , , bottom line she did not do that, , , then move to an other etihad server his name is Mr. Mohammed, he asked me and i explained my problem he called to some one and he did everything, , , , Now, , , my question is that is this the way to deal with a costumer? I paid 6000 dirham for a service, , , , and is this the service? I will never fly from etihad again, , , if i can not get a service then why should pay for that, , , , fairs are too high and dealing so poor, , , ,
