[Resolved] Mirror Essentialscan not talk to a person

I am so frustrated with this company. I placed an order last week and soon after I received a confirmation email. The confirmation was wrong. I tried to call the company with no luck, it's all though emails. So I emailed the company to cancel my order, someone emailed me right back. I decided to keep the order in as long as they could change the items to the ones that I wanted. I was told no problems, never heard anything from the company again and didn't get any items.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
