Mirraw Online Servicesproduct never received

I paid for an outfit including delivery...then I'm asked to pay another £20 Because it's stuck at custom depot...then I'm told i will receive only refund for the product and not delivery which I payed over £15...I did not receive my product and only getting back half of it...but it's been over bloody 4 months and still nothing...ive been trying to contact customer services and have received nothing!!! Bunch of scammers!!!
