Miracle Windows & Sunrooms review: Beware 6

I had a sliding glass door and 3 windows installed. After coming to measure 3 time they faild to get the last window installed it was 3 inchec to small and the slider was installed with a center opening after I wanted it to open to the left so I could get my birds cage out. The person took it upon his self to make the call. So I stood my ground with getting it replaced the way needed. And the first installers were awful never picking up the scrap metal and screws and after install the bottom track leaked into the house. They said that it was suppose to do that. I think not getting my carpet wet. Thank goodness it was replaced with a new door and it doesn't leak, but the crenn door didn't lock and a block of wood was installed and it locks now the block is cracked and will need to be replaced. The weather strip has a 2 inch gap allowing lizards and snakes to get between the glass and screen. I have called an getting no response. By the wat all my windows on the home and pool area screen are brown not telling me it came in brown or saying it will cost a bit more for the brown. Not a mention of colors, due to information left until it was to late. Yes part my fault. But I assumed they would match what I had the brown and not white. Probably they figured I would have all my other windows replace with white. A poor choice on my part replacing my old windows and sliding glass door. A BIG MISTAKE!

You are obviously a Window World weenie. We have seen window quotes from Window World and the windows were never $189 each . I realize it is not bait and switch if you have a cheaper than cheap window for $189 installed, but we all know that you would do anything to avoid selling that fish bait. We all know that you must bump up your customers to a real window and that the $189 price just got you into the door. I am surprised that Dave Ramses reads your commercials and says that you offer a hurricane window for only $189. Miami Dade county qualified hurricane windows for $189 each? Who could ever believe that? Dave, secretly shop your advertiser and see if they really qualify to your standards for integrity's sake.

I'm under contract with Miracle Windows here in Jacksonville Florida with 22 Miracle Glass windows on white Vinyl for Circa $17, 000 with lifetime transferable, labor, materials, and recovery of trash and the old windows. After comparing to Pella and Anderson alike products we chose to go with Miracle.

I live here for 5 years now and have not have any pleasant transaction due to the area labor methonds and standards, they are usually pretty slappy, repectless. and confused.

I promise to keep you all posted with the truth about what is comming my way.

Clearly this is from someone who works at Miracle Window in Middle TN. This is the problem with fact finding sites like this. the information is meant to be helpful but it turns out to be an ad. The brand of window was never mentioned for the contractor to research and I have recieved an estimate from Miracle windows before and it was right at the same price as Window World for a Double Pane. Window World at least had a large number of References in town and an A+ with the BBB. Could get to much info on Miracle Window.

I am in construction and researched these windows. They are top of the line in quality. No other window (Pella, Anderson, Pozzi and many others) has a lifetime warranty, LABOR and MATERIALS. I am getting 8 windows, some are fairly large, and a sliding glass door for under $10, 000.00. Yes, that is expensive, but the windows are so tough, you don't even need a security system.
I do have a security system, so it doesn''t matter.

I consider these windows the best on the market.

What state are you in? I am in Nashville's and had Miracle Windows of Middle TN do my house. I did 25 triple panes with trim for less than $11, 000. And they are terrific
I had 4 bids including Window World of Nashville, who was about the same for double pane.
