I am adding this to the list of many complaints about this same company,"cic-ce credit report" that has charged my card $12.95 without my permission and without my knowledge. I called the credit card company, "Mio", tried to explain to them about the list of complaints on the internet and they said i would have to wait 30 days , and dispute the charge and to get my money back. I need this money right now!! What can we do about these injustices?! Thank You

    I bought a mio credit card more than 15 days ago and they don't send nothing, and the operator request me my personal information I hope that nobody cheat me. thank you.

    I tried to access the mio card websites and none of them are available. This was today, November 3, 2008. Does anyone know if the Mio card is having problems?

    I would appreciate some comments.

    this company is a joke i gave the store 160 dollars that was suppose to be reloaded it went through then get home to find out it didn't go through and they weren't going to take care of the problem until i fax them a receiept like i have a fax machine sticking out of my butt then foward the fax to the accounting people it took almost three weeks for that money to get on that card and that was with me calling everyday

    I HAVE BEEN A MIO CUSTOMER FOR 4 YEARS ONLY IN THE LAST MONTH HAVE I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM, MY DIRECT DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE TO ME UNTIL THE AFTERNOON HOURS. I CALL AND CALL AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA BUT WILL BE POSTED TODAY. TALK TO SUPERVISORS ABOUT THE COMPENSATION MIO WILL PROVIDE TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NO ACCESS TO THEIR MONEY BECAUSE OF AN ISSUE ON THEIR END, NO COMPENSATION IS GOING TO BE PROVIDED. I'M SWITCHING TO SOMETHING ELSE. IN ADDITION THE WEBSITE NEVER WORKS AND WHEN ITS DOWN THE CSR'S DONT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY INFORMATION EITHER BECAUSE JUST LIKE YOU ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT VIA THEIR WEBSITE THAT IS EXACTLY HOW THE CSR'S ACCESS THE INFORMATION YOUR CALLING ABOUT. I NEED TO HAVE RELIABLE AVAILABILILITY TO MY MONEY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MIO TO ANYONE!!! STEER CLEAR FROM MIO IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU...I HAVE A FEELING THIS COMPANY IS HAVING MAJOR ISSUES AND NOT JUST ON THE TECHNICAL ASPECT.

    They were supposed to send me 2 cards in the mail after you active the one in the store, well after 2 weeks one came and nothing else, i called and the rep said it must have gotten lost in the mail, so she was going to send me another card. a week later a card came but the numbers were wrong and the experation date had about a month left on it, so i call again and they apoligized and said we will send you one with the same numbers, well guess what, the damn card had about 3-4 weeks left to activate and use, i was so mad i cut it up and said [censored] it!, finally i put some money on my original card and made the mistake to calling them, they asked me about all the other cards i had, i said the expiered 2 weeks after i got them so i just cut them up, they freaked out and said I had no buissness cutting the cards even if is was agout to expire so they charged me for each card i cut up, i started laughing and said this is the biggest scandel, but it works just petty cash lol

    i still am waiting on my replacement card, i was told i had to spend what i had on my old card by a certain date or lose my money what s up with that ? bates5107@yahoo.com

    I have had numerous Mio Prepaid Cards for all members of my family, including myself. I have encountered no problems whatsoever and I've had my cards for 3 years now. They are courteous, helpful, friendly, and they send us a new one every time one card is near expiration. Hope this at least gives someone a little more faith in this company. I'm usually a complainer, but I have no issues with this company as of to date. Oh yes, and I've noticed some of these posts are nothing more than wild rants. Most of these scenarios aren't even possible with this company. Trust me, if it could go wrong, it would go wrong for me!

    MIO sucks this is the third time this year i have had trouble getting funds off my card. My pay check goes direct deposit to my MIO account it posted 09-01-2010 i cant get my MONEY due there systems failure that is B/S. this is unexceptable this is my MONEY that i have worked hard for, we as customers who put our trust into this company should't be treated like this MIO is full of crap. i cancelled my direct deposit and i am ready to kick a## about my money i have BILLS to pay.

    mio is the biggest joke ever i had a utility company put a pre-auth before taking their funds they took the funds the next day but mio said the pre-auth had to stay on for 30 days so I couldn't touch that money for a month even after the utility company released the hold and faxed them a release they still wouldn't return the funds for 30 days. So if you are thinking about a mio card don't you will regret it very soon.

    I got a miocard to start my small buisness. I needed to be able to order products online. I requested a refund from one of the online stores that I ordered from. The company refunded my money on July 25. It is now July 27th and still NO MONEY!
    I called miocard too find out when I can get my money. Im going to have to wait 7 to 10 days just to be able to touch my $300!

    Mio was a good thing i thought at first now you cant not find any place to reload them and i do not understand what is wrong with the system i think it would be smart for everyone to get a visa prepaid because those are reloadable unlike mio cards i do not want to have to buy a new one everytime i need to pay for something online
