Minipurrs.com / Minipurrs.net Teacup kittens minipurrs and mini paws

I found www.minipurrs.com on the internet. I waited for a kitten to be born that was the colors that I wanted. He was born last July. They named him BoomBoom but I called him Enzo. In October he was ready to be shipped and I was so excited but not sure because I put a deposit into their Chase bank account and never received a receipt. When the final was due ($700.00 more, I paid $1400 total), I still had not received a receipt nor a contract. I then tried to cancel based on the way things were transpiring and they gave me a hard time, saying they would send out the contract and they were so very sorry, John's mother was sick. After skyping one evening and receiving a contract, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. When I received Enzo his eyes were dripping with infection. I took him to the vet immediately, gave him proper shots, got meds and took him home. He began to have diarrhea. I spoke with both my vet and John and John said to make sure I was using the pellets kitty litter. I was. His diarrhea became excessively worse. I took him back to the vet and after paying another vet bill, he was diagnosed with Giardia. This is a parasite that he had when he came from John and Cher. It is very difficult to get rid of. I gave him medicine for 2 weeks. After Enzo STILL did not get better, I picked up medicine for 2 more weeks. Poor baby was getting progressively worse, and not using his box at all. I cleaned up poop and pee everywhere in my house. However, I had fallen in love with this kitten and my heart was breaking so I wanted to do everything I could to make him well again. It was not to be. The Monday before Christmas I took Enzo to my vet again and paid for an expensive test that hopefully would give us answers. It did indeed. He was diagnosed with feline coronavirus which he was born with and it is terminal. I called Cher and told her we had to put him down and it was one of the worst days I've ever had. It was Christmas Eve. Now this story is a tragedy and everything I went through with Enzo was so not right and on top of all of this, John and Cher are not giving me my money back. According to my contract I should be receiving my money back and they will not refund. After calling often, they told me that John's mom died, they were moving his dad into their home and they were closing the cattery. Well that is a big fat lie because their website is still active and they continue to post kittens for adoption. I received $100 check in Jan and $100 check in February and have never seen another dime. Do NOT purchase a kitten from these two! I continue to email them and they just ignore. Of course, I am in the midwest and they are in California so out of sight, out of mind, I guess. It is just a shame.

Minipurrs.com / Minipurrs.net Teacup Kittens for Sale

My daughter found minipurrs on the computer and did not research the company properly…She thought she was getting the adorable TINY kittens they show on their website. They require you (Cher and John) to deposit the funds into their bank account BEFORE you receive or see the kitten. They do provide a contract that covers every possible reason why you CAN NOT return the kitten. It is even posted that if the kitten becomes over the specified weight (i.e. a teacup) that it could be the purchasers fault because of what you feed the cat and they are not responsible.. My daughter thought it was cruel to have the kitten shipped so she drove to get the kitten… They literally threw the CAT….not a kitten…but a full grown ugly, filthy, sick cat into the front seat of the vehicle and left… My daughter called hysterically because this was not the kitten that was in the picture. She called Cher and surprisingly she answered the phone. She said she wanted her money back and wanted to immediately return the cat. Cher said they had to pick up her mother-in-law at the hospital…My daughter told her she would ship the cat back…Cher's reply was that you could not ship the cat unless it got a clean bill of health from the vet; if it did get a clean bill of health then the contract states there was no reason to return the cat. The cat had pus seeping from its eyes and it could not breathe. I told my daughter to drop the cat off at a shelter because she would not be able to afford the vet bills. Since my daughter is an animal lover, she refused to do that… She took it to the groomers and the vet. It took 2 grooming sessions based a week apart to clean the cat. It's white fur was yellow. The vet cost over $300 in medications to clear up the infections. She also had to get the cat shots simply because the vet did not believe the cat had been given the inoculations… I must say that this cat has the best possible life. My daughter felt so bad for it and gave it a wonderful home. She felt she "saved it" from these horrible people. The cat follows her wherever she goes and sleeps with her every night. Was it worth $1200 and a ton of vet bills? I guess she thought so since she kept it. I, however, would like to warn anyone who wants to get a kitten, ask to see the actual picture of the cat during a Skype of FaceTime session…Record it for proof of purchase!

By looking at the website, it is easy to tell that this is a kitty mill. There is no such thing as a teacup or micro cat. They are just poorly bred, undernourished regular cats who are often very sickly. Your daughter should be commended for giving this cat a loving home.

I am thrilled that this poor cat found a wonderful forever home with your daughter! Even though she wasn't the cat you thought you were getting she was most certainly a cat waiting for her angel. Thank you so much for taking her into your home and your heart. You are AWESOME!
Breeders like that one just make my blood boil! I would call the local animal authorities IMMEDIATELY and tell them the condition of the poor cat you received. Have the authorities give them a "surprise visit" for a health inspection, to make sure the animals are kept in healthy conditions. At least perhaps those poor babies can be saved from the neglect and abuse that your kitty had to endure!

These are nice people trying to manage what I am sure can be a stressful business the best they can. They have precious animals that they want to place in good homes. I have spoken with Cher multiple times about my future kitten and she has been kind and caring. She even put me on hold to check on one of her cats meowing, you could tell how much she cares for her cats. As for tear stains, anyone with a flat nosed Persian know that happens easily and Angel Eyes medicine can help clear the tear ducts up. You can't believe every review you read as people are not always truthful or telling the whole story. I can't wait to get my mini purr baby just in time for Christmas! I have the upmost confidence in minipurrs and will post how it all goes!

I was actually the one who wrote the nice review in April of 2012. I felt so bad for them after Cher told me about the reviews and having managed my own business I know people are not always being fair in their reveiws so I wanted to help them as my experience up to then in arranging to r. Weceive my kitten was postitive. BIG MISTAKE. They are EXACTLY what everyone claims they are. Bad business people, cheats and liars. I feel horribly for the pets they sell. God knows how many don't even make it and the conditions they live in to have all the ailments they have when sold. They lied to me about the cat I was tried to purchase and wouldn't even return my calls . If someone offers more money they will give your cat to them. Most of the time if you like a cat on the site they tell you they had one born just like it they will sell you as the one you want is sold. Who knows if those pictures are even of cats they own. These people deserve scathing results. Anyone who treats animals poorly deserves just that and more.

I was a Victim of purchsasing two of their sick cats...John and Cher Lie...I have spent thousands of Dollars on
vet bills, Dr. Bills . My Grandchildren are also victims of ring worm from the cats.
My home is infested with ring worm... every try to rid a beautiful carpet of ring worm...expensive furniture.
I have tried to reach them on the phone to no avail...Never have been able to enjoy kitten...as they
have been in a kennel since day one...sick with diahrea, ring worm and eye infection...
What a terrible expense...what a terrible way to do business...Just look at their track
record...
