I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Mini Pocket Rockets. I was really excited to get my hands on a couple of their Phantom RSX Pocket Bikes, but man, what a letdown. I spent almost $1000 on these bikes, and they were practically falling apart from the moment I got them. They leak like crazy, and they won't even stay on half the time. What a waste of money.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. I've never been treated so poorly by a company before. The representative I talked to was so rude and dismissive, like they didn't even care that I was having issues with their product. It's not like I was asking for the moon - I just wanted a little help fixing my bikes. But nope, they couldn't be bothered.

I was really looking forward to getting some more stuff from Mini Pocket Rockets, too. I had my eye on the Stinger RT Go Karts, the X18-R Nitro Bike, and the X19-CR Dominator Bike. But after this experience, I don't think I'll ever give them my business again. It's just not worth the hassle.

I hate to leave a bad review like this, but I feel like I have to warn other people. Don't make the same mistake I did - don't waste your money on Mini Pocket Rockets.

I recently purchased three mini KTX dirt bikes from Mini Pocket Rockets and unfortunately, one of them had a gap in the transfer case that was not sealed. I immediately took pictures of the issue while the bike was still in the box and contacted their customer service team. However, the agent I spoke with informed me that this was not considered damage and therefore, they would not take the bike back. She also mentioned that I should have purchased the bike from a dealership instead.

I was disappointed with this response as the bike should have come out of the box with a sealed transfer case, as advertised. However, the company did offer to send me a free transfer case that I would have to install on the brand new bike myself. While I appreciate the offer, I feel that it is not my responsibility to fix a brand new bike that arrived damaged.

Furthermore, if I wanted to return the bike, I would have to pay a restocking fee and also pay for the shipping costs to send it back. This is not good business practice and I would not recommend Mini Pocket Rockets to anyone looking to purchase a mini dirt bike.

So, I ordered a Mini Pocket Rocket from minipocketrockets.com and when the shipping box arrived, it was in perfect condition. However, when I opened the box and inspected the bike, I noticed that the metal part that shields the chair was cracked due to the foot paddle. I contacted the company and they said they would not refund the product because it was broken and lied by saying it was inspected before shipping out.

After some back and forth, they finally agreed to send me a replacement part, but it needs a mechanic to put on and unfortunately, I don't have that kind of money. Additionally, the Windshield and plastic undercarriage don't fit for this bike. I even checked and had them email directions, but the screenshot they sent was unreadable.

To make matters worse, they will not take the broken bike back and I will not refund my money. I'm calling the credit card company for a refund and will sue if I have to for the principle of it all.

On top of all that, the upload pictures feature took some of my private photos and won't delete them! This is unacceptable and I strongly advise against buying from Mini Pocket Rockets. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable company to purchase from.

This company is an absolute joke and a ripoff! I recently purchased two Mini Pocket Rockets from their website, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the bikes. They claimed that the bikes were suitable for adults, but my 8-year-old son could barely fit on them. What a load of rubbish!

When I contacted the company to request shipping labels to return the bikes, they informed me that it would cost me $200 per bike to return them. On top of that, they charge a ridiculous $150 per bike to restock and $58 for shipping. How can they justify charging me more to return the bikes than I actually paid for them in the first place? It's an absolute scam!

I refused to pay the exorbitant return fees and stopped payment on my credit card until they provided me with shipping labels. In response, they threatened me with legal action, claiming that I had stolen property in my possession. What a bunch of clowns!

I wanted to surprise my husband with a bike for Christmas, so I decided to order from Mini Pocket Rockets. Unfortunately, the bike I originally wanted was out of stock, but they assured me that they had a similar one for the same price. I agreed to it, but things quickly went downhill from there.

This product is not worth your money. I bought it as a Christmas present for my son and it arrived well before the holiday, which was the only thing that went right. We followed the instructions to assemble the bike with the help of a certified mechanic and waited for the weather to clear up so we could take it for a spin. When spring finally came, we filled it with the proper oil and gas ratio as instructed, but it only lasted about 100 feet before it died. Customer service told us it was a bad coil and we had to spend another $10 for three new coils. We put them on and drove it for another 50 feet before it started to smoke and died again. The warranty was no longer valid, so they told us we had to buy a brand new engine. I refused to spend any more money on this product and it has been sitting in our house collecting dust ever since. The customer service was terrible and they did not attempt to make us happy customers. I am extremely disappointed and out $500. I strongly advise you to avoid this product at all costs.

I bought a mini bike from Mini Pocket Rockets for my son's Christmas present this year. The bike arrived on time and we unpacked it as directed. We put in the oil/gas mixture as instructed to ensure the bike would work properly. However, when my son started riding the bike, we noticed that the rear brake assembly was missing a bolt, which prevented the proper use of the rear brake. Additionally, the cable on the handlebar for the rear brake was frayed to almost breaking point. We immediately sent an email to the company along with pictures of the issue. We received an email back stating that they would send us the necessary parts to fix the rear brake. We also followed up with a phone call, and the customer service representative told us that the bike could still be used safely if we used the front brake.

On Christmas morning, my son was excited to ride his new bike. However, after riding it for only 10 minutes at very slow speeds, the bike started to rev and had a throttle malfunction. As my son brought the bike back to the house, it made a loud noise and shut off. We noticed that the chain had popped off. Unfortunately, it was Christmas morning, so we had to wait until the following business day to contact the company again.

When I finally got through to the company after a long hold time, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor about the possibility of being refunded or having a new bike sent out to replace the obviously defective one. However, the customer service representatives were extremely rude and told me that I was not getting a refund or a bike replacement. They said they would be happy to send me all the parts needed to fix the bike, but I needed to read their website policy about returns and refunds. I made two phone calls to the supervisor and left messages, but I have yet to receive a phone call back. I have been hung up on and told that there is nothing they can do to help me out.

Apparently, because we put gasoline in the bike, it is not possible to ship the bike back to the company in California. According to their website policy about returns and refunds, the bike can only be returned if it has not been ridden. However, how will you know if the bike is in good working order unless you ride it in the first place? I guess I will have to learn to become a mechanic now in order not to lose out on the amount of money I spent. I didn't think about checking their ratings before purchasing from them, as their website said they had 5-star customer satisfaction. However, after checking the Better Business Bureau, I see that I was a fool to purchase from this company. Please do not give business to this company!

There's always some kind of problem with the shipping and delivery, and when you try to contact them about it, they don't seem to know what's going on. The ad says that your order will be shipped out in one or two business days, but that's never been my experience. This bike was not put together very well. Some of the parts didn't fit together right, so the back brake didn't work at all. The throttle was also cracked and needed to be replaced. I had to spend over $200 to fix this BRAND NEW bike so that it would be safe to ride. After all that, my son was only able to ride for about 20 minutes before the back tire blew out. I complained to the company and they said they would send me a new tire, but I have to buy all the other parts myself. I haven't gotten those parts yet, but I'm pretty sure they won't fit right either. I'll probably end up wasting even more money on this thing. Don't buy this bike. Spend a little extra and get something that's actually good.

I purchased 2 Phantom RSX Pocket Bike almost $1000 one time used and both bikes are leaking really bad and the bike won't stay on. I was going to purchase Stinger RT Go Karts, X18-R Nitro Bike, and X19-CR Dominator Bike but never again will they get business from me. I'm not one to ever write reviews bad reviews. I'm always pretty satisfied with the things I purchased but the way I was treated by their customer service representative was not right that is not the way to treat your customers. This was a birthday gift for my kids and they are very sad that they can even ride the bikes. I'm very disappointed I feel like I threw my money in the garbage.

This is the most unprofessional business ever! the customer service never picks up the phone! the help desk is just through email! they do not service your products! they only send pictures and email. The customer service reps are rude and nasty! managers and supervisors never return phone calls . They send you used parts and products! i returned merchandise back in january it is now mid april and they still havent given me my credit for the products returned! they are theifs! they try to keep your money as long as possible! they make excuses saying that my paper work did not state i wanted credit.. Makes no sense i even fed ex it so i can track it and make sure they received with a note stating why it was returned and that i wanted my money back. Everything was done properly and unused items returned on time.. I keep emailing them, leaving messages adn they dont return my phone calls or emails. The reps keep transferring me around. The products are cheap! this was a christmas gift for my boys in which they even sent me colors for bikes and helmets i did not order. When i informed them it was the wrong color they just stated they ran out of the color i requested . They didnt even bother to call me to let me know know what i wanted would not be sent not even the secondary color that i choose. My sons bike came in with a broke kickstand. My other son handles were bent . The first week we had to replace parts because the clutch wasnt even working. Due to having already put gas in we could not even returned the bike. How do you know if your bike works if you dont put gas in! thats how they get you so you can never return anything! its a rip off.. Its sad for the kids who order these and have there hearts set

I bought one of your mini cobra four wheeler bikes and it took 2 hours to start up the first time then it refused to start again. I tried putting new gas in. In addition to that the four wheeler came and was all scratched up.  I had the mixtures of gas and oil right and it wouldn't work.  I finally got it to work after lots of work then it would just randomly stop running every few minutes.  This four wheeler has a horrible quality and the only thing you told me was that you would send me a new part. After I installed the new part it still didn't work. I tried to get a refund and you said no even though it was still under the 60 day warranty. After i told you this you said that after i put gas it the four wheeler it couldnt be returned. This is outrageously stupid the way you did business with me and I will make sure that no one that I know buys a bike from your company and I will write bad reviews about this product and this company.

I ordered two pocket bikes from two different check cards from this company, and received the products on time. Not to mention, my son and nephew had been waiting for these bikes for about five months for their birthdays. A day before their birthday party, my brother and I put gas in the bikes as instructed by the website and owner manual. The bikes simply did not start. We tried pull-starting the bikes for about an hour straight before calling their customer service line. This company with no argument has the worst customer service I have ever had. From the get go, the service rep figured me out to be a mechanic by suggesting such things as removing and greasing the spark plug, then later suggesting that i should have never greased the spark plug. I could not help but think of all the women and men out there that bought these products and have never fixed a motorcycle before. After calling the company multiple times about how to get the bike started, they simply told me that their product is not guaranteed to work. with that in mind, i asked the gentleman what the odds were that two bikes of different prices and make, can have the same problem. The man had no answer. I asked if i could simply return the bike, and the man said that since i had already put gas in it, it would be non- refundable. I asked him how a buyer can see if their product worked without fuel, and the man had no answer. Now the two bikes are at a certified motorcycle mechanic, and if he is not able to fix them, i will certainly sue them for false advertisement, knowingly selling defective products, and having unfair refund policies to mention a few. Please do not buy from this company, it is beyond a fraud, it's theft. This compamy is only 65 miles away from my home, but would still not allow me to take them the two bikes. they would not also disclose their last names and compnay location when I threatened to sue them.

I would just like to share my opinion and experience of what happened to me when i purchased with mini pocket rockets. com I placed an order with them for a mini pocket bike because the price was cheap. well stupid mistake i didnt do my research like i normally do on a company. well i did when it was to late and found so many complaints from customers on the product being broken and pieces missing and never getting the product. well i learned the hard way i ordered with them and thought nothing well the next day my card was already charged which is really quik most merchants dont charge you until the product is out of the warehouse. 2 weeks went by no bike well i tried to call them so many times they would hang up on me and would not let me speak to a supervisor this little basement operation must be ran by a few kids i thought to scam the public. well then i went to the process of disputing the charges on my card and emailing the company they sent me back threatning notes saying that they will win the dispute. even though they hadnt still sent my product and i told them not to bother after everything i already had gone through why in the world would i want to buy anything from them. well they said they will still ship it so then i can pay a 25% restock fee and shipping charges if i refuse my order. well i did i refused it alright and sent it right back to them they think they can do whatever they want even though i cancelled it way before they even shipped it. well im still going through thtis battle but in the end i have processed a complaint to the better business bureau and consumer affairs but if you look at bbb.org they already have over 160 complaints not resolved and an f status so it happened to be and i just dont want it to happen to anyone else you get what you pay for i guess and believe me this company is not worth the couple pennies youll save because i have heard so many reviews on them since on how bad their products are and they wont let you return it after you put gas well how in the world do you no if it works without the gas being in it. so buy locally if you really want better service. i recommend you avoid minipocketbikes.com but thats just my opinion. dont believe me just run a search on their company you will be glad you did.

A Complete Fraud, PERIOD!

I have been waiting 7 months for a replacement part. I ordered a bike from this FRAUD company in Dec 2008. I have been waiting on a replacement part every since (today date is 07/30/2009). I have NEVER in my life experienced this kind of treatment from ANY company. They give you the "run arounds" on the phone, I was NEVER able to speak to the supervisor and don't even think about email them... HA!. I eventually contacted my cc company and had them to "reverse" the charges which they did after Minipocketrocket .com refused to contact them back. What did Minipocketrocket.com do after I reversed the charges? sent everything to a Collections. FOLKS! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD! I will fight them tooth and nail! it is not even about the money it is about PRINCIPLE! I can't believe they are allowed to get away with this!

I purchased a mini bike from mini pocket rocket website. They say that your purchases are 100% protected and the merchandised is insured through the shipper.

They shipped it via UPS. UPS says they delivered and left with woman. There was no woman at home, I was at my lawyers office.

I call the company and they said they will have to get UPS to investigate. UPS comes out to my house, they says they will be issuing a check, refund to the company.

It has been over 30days, each time I call Mini pocket Rocket they give me the same line, we haven't received a report from UPS, please calll back next week. So i call UPS and they state they are done with the report, they have issued the company a check.

So I call the company back, and they don't say nothing but call back end of week. I call back and they do the same.

It has been almost two months, I have no bike, and no money!

I ordered a pocket bike for my son's birthday from this company, and upon inspecting it noticed it had missing hardware, cracked plastic, and defects. It took me hours to get through to there customer service line, and when I finally did here is what I was told. I should go to the hardware store to pick up the missing nuts and bolts because they do not carry the replacements parts because that would cost them too much money. And that i could fix the defects myself by drilling new holes in the plastic and frame. I asked them if they inspected the bikes before they sent them out, and the first person told me they did, but their second representative told me that they could not afford any
quality checks. I told them that I wanted to send the bike back and they could replace it or refund my money, and Joel (their rep) told me even if they would send me a new bike it would probably have the same problems. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so my next question was so what your saying is that you knowingly sell junk, and he flat out told me yes and that there was nothing he could do about it. Oh they did tell me I could send it back, but that I would be responsible for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. So basically I could lose $100 just for doing business with these scam artists. Even if I put the time and money into trying to fix this piece of junk, I am fearful of letting my son ride it. By the way they advertise on their site to have a great warranty, and even offer you a free extended warranty. Do not make the mistake of doing business with this company.
