Light In The Box no email, no number and I can't even submit customer service ticket!!!

I am infuriated about this website. I was not happy with several items in my order and wanted to contact them... I don't see any email or phone number for them, and I am unable to follow their instructions for submitting a "Customer Service Ticket" since my Order Number doesn't even work!

My order does show up on their website under "My Account""My Orders". It shows that it has been ordered on April 03, 2016, and my tracking number is [protected] . It marks the order as shipped that same day. However when I click on the tracking number, I get this message:

"No Order Found
You may have entered your order number incorrectly. Please confirm and try again.
This order number may be more than 18 months old. Please note that we only keep up to 18 months of order history."

I mean, WTF?!?!?!?! What the heck do you expect me to do when the only way to contact them is by submitting a Customer Service Ticket and the only way to do so does not even work?!

I even attempted to contact an email address belonging to their sister site, [protected]@dropinthebox.com explaining my situation and only got one response from a person called Deng Pin which completely ignored my explanation and repeated the same thing Lightinthebox website tells you to do, to click on your tracking number and submit a Customer Service Ticket. When I responded again repeating that I am contacting them because I am unable to do so, I no longer received a response.

Since then, I've emailed [protected]@lightinthebox.com (no response), [protected]@lightinthebox.com (automated response saying that address is no longer active and that I must go through their website to contact them), and [protected]@lightinthebox.com (no response).

This is by far the WORST experience I've had with a Chinese retail website.

I urge Lightinthebox to contact me ASAP on this matter... either that or fix the problem with their website so I can reach a human being that can actually help me! Really really upset. Never ever doing business with them again.

Usually we use our ticket center to keep in touch with our customers, I guess you might don't know how to create a ticket. No worries, the supervisor of customer service created one for you. Please contact her in this ticket and she'll definitely solve the problem. Light In The Box terrible return/refund policy!!!

I asked to return the two dresses I ordered they were not right, I ordered two because I wasn't sure which color I wanted and now you are not letting me send back any! They did not fit right they were very uncomfortable! Please help or I will file a consumer reports complaint! Here is the response:
Dear Customer,

So sorry to upset you this much.

Please provide us your measurement of bust, waist, hips and hollow to floor so we can see if size is made wrong.

If you simply ordered wrong size or the fit is not as you expected, Please kindly noted that the dress you ordered is a Made-To-Order product, which is stated under the "Add to Cart" on the product page. It's not just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even Standard Size dresses are made to order for each customer.

In this case, we are sorry the return request will not be accepted if the dress is ordered in wrong measurements or doesn't meet your standards.

But we may offer you 2 solutions please advise us which one you would like to take:

1. If you ordered wrong size, we are sorry that we can only arrange re-sizing service while return for refund or replacement is not available then. Re-sizing is free but you need to pay shipping fee both ways and it takes a little long since the dress need to be returned to China. Please advise us following your measurement of bust, waist, hips, Hollow to floor, Height

Here is what I wrote back:
This is not okay. Both of these dresses do not work. I found other things on your website that I would like to order but I will not use your website again if this is not resolved. Also, I will be sure to submit a bad review and file a report to consumer reports. One of the dresses I did not even open or take out of the package. And both are standard sizes. No where on my order did it say that I could not return the dresses. Please send me the return forms as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue.

I am surprised they are still not shut down! They are scammers and thieves! Their so-called "customer service" is a BS!
They send you a totally wrong item, then suggest to send the wrong item back to them (and pay for the shipment!), and then NEVER RETURN MONEY, neither for the wrong item, nor for the shipment! And I know that they DID receive the wrong item back!
They are just terrible! TRY TO AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS!

Light In The Box unable to unsubscribe from spam newsletter/close account

there is no way to unsubscribe from the spam newsletter that keeps coming with annoying regularity. Impossible to delete account. Impossible to change default e-mail address. Extremely difficult and confusing way to contact customer service. I am still waiting for a response to complaint made in january 2016 which as far as I am concerned was not resolved.

Light In The Box there is no way to contact customer service!

I made an order in late February and two weeks later received a message saying that my order was shipped. It is now April and I received nothing yet. I went to LightInTheBox website and tried to find some contact information, but there was nothing useful. So I sent them a message via Return/Replace option. I received only computer generated email that made absolutely no sense and was not helpful. I have no idea what is going on and I feel really frustrated. Better stay away from this company.

Lightinthebox is on some BS. I have tried relentlessly to return their crappy merchandise but there is absolutely NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE! I had some computer issues and I have a email address, I have tried relentlessly to make the necessary changes so I can log in, but THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE THE CHANGES! It just makes you feel like you're chasing your tail

Light In The Box bank account debited. received nothing

This company is a total scam and ripoff. Please do not waste your money. They sent me nothing but pathetic excuses, and stated that they would resolve this. I waited for three months as requested by customer service, but received nothing but disappointment, and a depleted bank account. The order number was #[protected] on Jan. 1, 2016. Contacted customer service on Jan. 22. After assurance that they would resolve this issue with expedited shipping and a tracking number, I got nothing. Do not believe a thing they advertise or tell you. Pay a little more with a reputable company, and do not let this Chinese scam company rip you off!

Light In The Box stole my credit card details!

I purchased two phone cases from MiniInTheBox over a month ago and received nothing yet. Emailed them numerous times, tried to get a refund but just wasted my time. Several days ago I received a call from my bank and was told that my card was charged 4 times! Someone actually stole my credit card details and made several purchases! MiniInTheBox is the only website I ever bought from. I'm new to online shopping and this site was the first online store I ever used. I was totally scammed by this company! I canceled my card yesterday and now they don't have access to my money. But the fact is that they stole my money or gave somebody my credit card info. I already contacted my bank and called the police. This place needs to be shut down!

Light In The Box horrible

I ordered a phone case and a screen protector from MiniInTheBox website back in December, 2015. On the 27th of December someone from the company contacted me and told that my order was shipped. It is now late February and I received nothing yet! They promised 10-20 business days delivery and its nearly been 2 months! Tried to contact someone from the customer support, but never received a response. I have no idea where my items are!

Light In The Box what a scam company!

I will never order anything from LightInTheBox again! Twice I ordered from them and twice they scammed me! Well, the second time was my fault for trusting this scam company! The first time I ordered two dresses and when I received them they were super small! And the fabric was covered in smelly yellow stains. When I contacted their customer service they just called me a liar. The second time, I ordered a sweater, and received nothing yet! I contacted them again and asked for a refund. Received no response. What a horrible scam company!

Light In The Box awful company

I would never purchase anything from LightInTheBox again! I ordered twice and both times was completely scammed! The first time I ordered, I received a dress which was super tiny and did not fit at all. When I contacted customer service they called me a liar and replied no more. The second time, I ordered a shirt. I also paid extra money for quick shipping, but received nothing yet. I waited over two months only to be told that shirt I ordered was out of stock. So I asked them to cancel my order and demanded a refund, but they refused. After that I contacted my bank and fraud department of my credit card company. Then they finally refunded me. What a horrible company.

Light In The Box tracking service offered and charged but not working

I ordered two items (on 2/1/2016) from them and I already knew that delivery time would be slow, BUT the also offered Tracking Service. I thought it would be worth it just to see the progress on my packages and to THIS (2/17/2016) day, there is NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. It even says to Check with the Seller. I've communicated with these people AT LEAST 6-7 times and ALL they tell me is that delivery takes time and to just wait. NO MENTION AT ALL about offering/charging for a service that DOES NOT WORK! They're FRAUDS!

Light In The Box still waiting

I ordered something from Miniinthebox. Before I made an order I checked the reviews and everything seemed fine. Now I know that all the positive reviews are fake and probably written by their employees. I never received what I paid for. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email. But I never got a tracking number. Several weeks passed and I decided to contact their customer service to see what was going on. Their rep promised to call me back as soon as he finds out what was the problem. No one ever called or emailed me. I never received anything and I doubt that I'll ever get my money back. I really hate this site! I made a big mistake when I decided to buy something.

Light In The Box product

Hi, I'm now worried I may not get my goods. I only ordered them yesterday. Since then I have heard nothing but bad about them. I hope I get my goods. I was scammed at Christmas. A pair of Nike Air 87's £60 a steal. A steal it was. They were from China and fake. And I could not contact anyone to get my money back. I was given 7 days to return the goods. Learned that lesson. Just hope this is not a repeat of this.

Light In The Box disappointed

I ordered a phone case from Miniinthebox website back in December. It is now mid February and I received nothing yet. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and opened the ticket. Their rep said that they will send me another phone case. It has been three weeks since then and still no case, and no tracking information! This website should be reported and shut down. Do not order anything from Miniinthebox! Better save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere. I doubt that I'll ever get my order or a refund.

I purchased 5 phone cases for my entire family. Several days later I receive a message saying that my order is on its way. I was so excited about my purchase. But unfortunately I never received my order. I purchased in early January and it is now mid February and still nothing! I've tried to track the order, but am unable to do so. I cannot even contact the company, because they are ignoring all my messages and there is no phone number to call. I'm so disappointed. I will never order anything from MiniinTheBox again! Horrible company! Better save your money and shop elsewhere!

Light In The Box missing order

I purchased some products in early January from LightInTheBox. I received a payment confirmation email and my tracking number. It is now February 8th and I received nothing yet, but their tracking system says my order was delivered. I sent them several emails but received no response! They completely ignore me and I doubt that I'll ever get my money back. I'll report them to BBB because they are complete criminals and this company needs to be shut down!

Light In The Box terrible!

When I ordered there were two options to chose from green and dark green. I liked the dark one, so ordered it, but of course I received the green one. I saw all the negative reviews and even though common sense told me not to order anything from MiniInTheBox I decided to give them a chance, so It's actually my fault. When I received my item and saw that the color was incorrect I contacted their customer support. They promised they would send the correct product to me. But three later there is still nothing. I'm very disappointed. I should have listened to the reviews. Please, avoid this horrible website.

Light In The Box awful

I purchased some items from MiniInTheBox because of their very cheap prices. The shipping took forever and I could not understand why until I realized their warehouse is located in Finland. They say usually shipping takes 5-7 business days, but it's been almost a month since I made an order and I still have not received my items. There is no way to track anything and it's horrible! I tried to contact MiniInTheBox customer support but they never answered. I'll never order anything from them again!

Light In The Box cancelled wedding dress pre-ordered size

I ordered a wedding dress back in November of 2015. I had to Cancel due to the dress not being here in time for my wedding which was December 12, 2015. I contacted by email (because there is no company number to contact directly) they cancelled and promised to refund the full amount I Paid and Never received refund. It is now over 2 months and I keep corresponding via email, still as to date 2/2/16 they have yet to refund the full amount. This has caused much distress from the very start. Because of this company not having my wedding dress to me on time I was forced to buy another wedding dress last minute from ModCloth. Which has Wonderful Service unlike Lightinthebox.
I work had at my job to earn what little pay I get not to have to have a company that took 107.99 from me when I sure could use my money not to be thrown away. Im still Extremely Upset. Do Not Ever Order From Lightinthebox.com, Worst Customer Service Ever. Beware Stay Away.

I bought a bike computer as well as front light. The computer arrived without the magnetic device so I could not install it and the front lights never arrived. No way to contact light in the box because they always send me to a dead end browsing

ordered two smart watches, both arrived and one was faulty, they sent a replacement which ups wanted £30 extra for, the watches are cheap and nasty, had already paid £30 in taxes and wasn't prepared to lose any more money, the watches were cheap and didnt work, customer service is also awful AVOID

Light In The Box avoid at any cost!

I ordered few small items from LightInTheBox and paid around 30 euros. I contacted customer service and they said that items are in stock and they would be shipped immediate. They promised shipping would take only 5-7 days. I was hoping to get them in a few days, but few weeks later nothing arrived. I did not know that items come from China and was pretty disappointed when I discovered that. After a months I finally received my items. They never sent me tracking information. I also paid extra money for rush shipping and some extra when I received the order. This website is useless. There are better websites where you ca but the same items only several times cheaper!
