mini south africa / Horrific Service
I bought my mini from Clearwater end Aug 2008. The car was fien until October when the eml light showed up in yello. I called BMW on Call - tehy said i should continue driving the car until it broke down. I waited till Monday and booked it in to Clearwater. Their hand written report showed that it was bad quality fuel. I then asked them if they had at least done the service on the car - they said that it was only due in April 09. I drove the car for a month. The light came on early DEC. It was towed to Northcliff Auto 29 Nov. On 6 Dec - after 1 whole week, i went to collect the car (after calling them daily to find out what the status was) to find out that they didnt even switch the car on! they used the excuse of moving 2kms down the road as an excuse and that they were extremely busy. The principle promised me that he would call me the Monday to arrange a courtesy car and i should come drop off my car on 8 dec. The car is not driving properly and i havent recieved a call from them to date! i have complianed on BMW's website... no reponse. I have the car for 4 months - and i am highly annoyed with this situation and am in desperate need of assistance.
