Minerva restaurant in Herndon, Chutney's and Curry & Kabob. You will get to see some bad attitude people working at the front desk. I don't know how these people are managing the Business. Even Amma Vegetarin restaurant in Vienna is also bad.
Be careful with this guy while charging your credit card. He charges you 8 % state tax instead of 5%, and when you ask them why extra you get some stupid answer.
Even the people at chutney's in Herndon, they don't accept Credit card. Once I made a Order for more than $30 still they don't accept cards, that made me too rush to ATM. These people are trying to avoid taxes on the Business.
So far the Best restaurant found is in Fairfax, Saravana palace. It is a Veggie place. You will see people working always smiling and clean.
Mayuri is better than Minerva, but it is getting crowded and you have to wait in line for 30-40 min over the weekends other than that it is good.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Worst restaurant ever.we went to the one in fairfax blvd.Worst customer service, worst food.when we told them the food quality was average, the manager said then why did you eat.will never ever go to this place.
Minerva has the worst customer service possible. All their 3 branches are bad with regards to service. The waiters are bad the managers truly dont know what they are doing.
My husband has totally stopped going there and tell everybody but but since I like some of their itmes ervy time I think this time would be better and we go and each time it is worse than before.
I have tried all their 3 locations they are not totally staffed either and service is of course is horrible.
I see business rivalry with related to the comment, looks like the person who posted this comment is showing partial towards some restaurants. There are many business in the area which accept only cash like next door to Chutneys (China King) or Charcoal kabob to name a few. I strongly feel Minerva people are the best in the area who serve the best food they are the first and several peopled followed them some of them even copied the whole menu.
I faced issue with Chutney's. Bad and unprofessional serving by Minerva.
