Dear sir / madam, iam gonegandla karanam vamshi krishna carrying passport no (G9231818) from india. Please consider my case with the below points as follows and do the needful, 1. A person namely mr. Naresh kumar whose passport no is (K9594064) is staying n kuala lampur, malaysia has contacted me in the month of july-2015 for an offer of employment which is in malaysia and asked me to transfer the amount of indian rupees 2 lakh 50 thousand with in 1 day. The amount in malaysian currency will be 17, 000 rm. These charges includes for applying work permit visa (Msc visa) and for providing a job in banking sector. I have provided the amount by trusting his words. His passport copy also has been attached with this mail. He has provided a offer of employment also with this company name mindspace solutions sdn bhd, malaysia (Reg no: 1100545-m). 2. He said to me to travel to malaysia on visiting visa and can be converted easily to employment. So I have done the same in the month of november-2015. After reaching here he said to me as the employment visa work is under process but he didn't showed me any proofs of applied visa till date. I was awaited till date for my employment visa but he has failed to provide it to me. 3. Now I am requesting him to provide my money back to me so that I can go back to india. But he is asking me to provide 1 month of time for the refund the amount and without any intimation to any one he is travelling to singapore before 30th of december-2015. 4. Now I request you to stop this person from his travel and do the needful by providing justice to my case. 5. I will ensure that the same case will be filed in indian embassy also asap. 6. As a human being I seriously don't know to how many people he has done the same and he is going to do the same with well educated persons in future.
