Mimi and Porter / No Merchandise
I went on the website to Mimi and Porter and ordered 2 bags since Feb. It is now April and I still haven't received my bags. Everytime you send them an email they would send a reply back telling me that it is not there fault and they are waiting for their courier to give them the information. I will be sueing them because they do not want to send my money back to me. They are telling me they cannot refund my money until they know that something happened to the merchandise. I said yes something happened to the merchandise you people never sent it just give me my money back. I am waiting for my lawyer to give me further instructions on what we are going to do to process the documents to the court.
