Milo Shoes / can't return

I ordered and received the shoes OK, but could not exchange them for a bigger size as there was no return address. The credit card statement had a phone number by the charge, but when I called it, there was a recording in spanish. I did get a response to numerous emails I sent asking what size I needed, but then nothing.
It has been 2 mos since I received the shoes I can't use!
I will definitely write the BBB.
