Prom dress
My daughter bought the dress thinking it was from a UK seller as it was promoted as UK Millybridal. I measured her (I can sew and know how to measure up properly) and she ordered a dress to fit her. She waited two months and nothing. She contacted Millybridal and they ignored her. Then, our neighbour said they found a parcel in their garden and it contained the dress. It was awful. Firstly, it was damaged and very stained. Secondly it was really bad quality! It was also the wrong colour and size. We asked to return it straight away, but they will not give us a return address. My daughter is devastated.

is this Chinese website or not? Yes, it's based in the UK, but something tells me that it's not really the truth. The quality of a received dress is similar to Chinese junk I used to order.
It's poorly done, see-through and the material is very rough for the skin. I have no idea how to wear it without scratching.
Customer service doesn't exist, no clue how to get in touch with them and return this piece of crap...
No money back, no wedding dress
I bought two wedding dresses from www.uk.millybridal.org. I couldn’t decide which one was better, so I bought two. But they still haven’t delivered it. They promised a lot, when I contacted them and asked to provide any info about the dresses. As well as they overcharged me for the delivery, so when I found out about it, I tried to reach them and get my money back, but the seller refused to return money back and behaved like real jerk. Don’t buy, too much problems from them.

I got rubbish from this company
I was really disappointed in the dresses, which I received from the website www.uk.millybridal.org. I bought them and received complete rubbish. It didn’t look as on the website, as well as it fit horrible. The seller ignored my complaints and I have no idea what to do now with these dresses. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Yes! The exact same happened to us and the will not refund. So frustrating!

This is a copy of another company.
They copy the dresses so they are "not eexactly like the one on the website" as they said to me hence my dress arrived with significant differences.
After days of correspondence through the website contact page they refused to let me send it back and refused a refund, after some pushing I managed to get a 40% value of the dress compensation.
Customer service (which doesn't seem to exist, just a person responding to emails) were unhelpful and deflected all of my references to their returns policy, even asking me if it was "fair" to give me the refund when they'd paid out materials and labour costs to make it!
It would seem that http://millybridal.en.alibaba.com is the real website. I corresponded with Alibaba customer services who were extremely helpful and professional, this is how I found out about the deception of the other website.
Go through a website that has full contact details and use a credit card as this gives you greater rights to getting your money back.
