Miller Mills / Poor quality and verbally abusive

This company should not be allowed to be in business. Besides his poor quality and numerous promised deliveries this owner is the most verbally abusive person we have ever done business with. He is all full of promises of owning his own work rooms and praises of perfection but once he gets your money and starts making numerous mistakes he is ready to throw you away. Has becomes a totally out of control person when he is told he did something wrong always blaming that he has headaches. He did four rooms at the same time in our house and he had to do things over and over and they are still not correct. Every time something was not made right it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the item back.Then when he took something back to make it again for the third time and we told him we wanted a refund on that item and he said tell me what you want and then I will decide if I will do it holding our item hostage. At this point we decided we did not want to do business with him any longer and we were going to dispute the charge with our credit card and he said go ahead you will never win. It is very hard when someone has all your money on a job. Do not pay balance until work is complete as it gives us no control. Despite the fact that the last amount charged we did not authorize as we agreed not to charge until all work was done and satisfied but he charged our card without us knowing until we got our statement.

We paid over 2k for bedding that was poor quality and a down insert that was supposed to be the best quality and it has flat and empty spots all over. We got referred to this business through a long time close friend of ours that has since apologized over and over for us having these problems. The manner that this man spoke to us was a disgrace. We were offered his cell number as his staff was always inexperienced. If I would have known the manner he used when you called him on this phone we would never have taken it. After our experience we have found out that someone that does not only have their own workroom which we were told he did but was not honest as he did not but it was to late. We have had one experience before this and the company did measure everything wrong on their part and admitted it but was very professional and said we would just refund and they were sorry. As consumers we need to protect each other against merchants like these. He has moved his store so under better business bureau you will see and A rating in Delray but he got that as it is a new address. If you look at his old address it is only a C. Just imagine if everyone put their complaints in he would have an F rating. There is also another complaint on this site talking about how he talks to a costumer.

I guess the proof would be in pictures which if anyone needs just contact us. We hope we will help others not to have the same experience we did.
