I ordered an xbox 360 premium from these frauds then started playing my game and after about an hour the console blacked out. The dreadful 3 red lights came on and I could no longer get it to work. The console broke after one hour and I tried to trouble shoot it without success. The web site said on their policy they have a 90 day warranty and if items mess up they will either fix it or replace it. I notified them about the problem and they said they would replace the item so I sent it back. After about 18 days I got the same package back and on the box it said item refused return to sender. These frauds didn't even open the box to see what the problem was. Be warned because you can't trust these people.

    I think you made a mistake, I send them my xbox and they do fixed it and send it back to me, I think you need to contact them first and they give you the information were to send your item.

    Also, you must send it to the right place. :)
