These people are independent contractors who work with a traveling sales crew and they either get their training from their leaders or some are just manipulative and liars for their own personal gain but the company clearing house is by no way advocating accepting nor promoting this type of behavior and in many cases when proven these sales agents are fired and place on a black list so that other crews may be aware of this misrepresentations lies scams or screw ups these agents are. Sales talks are a creative way to get potential buyers to purchase your product but it's not what you say but how you say it. if you used manipulative deceiptful lies to scam or fool a potential client or one misrepresented the product or the company by changing the order to tampering with a clients checks to try and satisfy their organizations bonus qualifications then that is a crime and should be reported to the company immediately.If you are one of those customers who have been repeat customers for years you already know to check for their I.D.'s write down all information check receipt completely, that it is written legibly that their names and company code number is written that the name of the sales rep is the same as their ID. that you check to make sure what you ordered is written clearly and it is exactly what you ordered and that the price is correct.if paying a deposit make sure they give you a receipt and envelope to mail the balance etc. In every field and profession there are crooks scammers liars and slick people and many have no regard for other peoples property they only are concerned with their own greedy needs. In society we hear of employee's stealing to messing with the food they prepare at fast food joints to wall street scams bankers investors and even though many companies try and enforce stricter rules these type of people will always finds ways to screw up and so it's an individual situation. If there is a complaint that an employee of a fast food chain spit in the food they prepare does that mean all fast foods are bad? The door to door direct sales marketing industry has been around for over 100 years and many families nationwide have been repeat customers for years buying reading materials bibles children books and encyclopedias educating and entertaining their families but it only takes a few to screw things up and tarnish the names and reputations of a company. and in some cases with some complaints there's more to the story and both sides need to be heard and explored but in any rate please don't judge a whole company over a few bad apples.
