Ordered 4 dresses, took the dresses about a month and a half to arrive. When tracking the dresses they were bouncing around in China. When they did arive they arrived with no tags, no shipping information. The dresses were to be various sizes; however they are look the same. They are poor quality and look nothing like the picture. In the picture the dress in floor length, these dresses are about knee length. I have contacted the email provided to obtain a return shipping address and to gain a refund and have heard nothing back.

Took over 2 months for my shipment to arrive and the pattern isn't even the same as the product description. The dress is basically unwearable. Funny enough -- any bad review I leave gets deleted. This company is a complete scam.

Update -- they have just sent me an email trying to bribe me to cancel my review for a refund of my order. This is how they stay in business - get people to cancel bad reviews with refunds.

I've done many transactions online, with many different companies. I've never had such an awful experience as I did with Milk and Choco. Their so called customer service is non-existent, in fact it's just straight up shady. They are quick to take your money but as soon as you ask for an exchange/refund, which is allowed according to their policy, they ignore your emails.

The photos of the clothing I purchased looked amazing on their website and Instagram. Once I placed the order, they sent me an email saying it would be shipped out in a few days. Fast forward a couple weeks, I sent them an email inquiring about the status. They were very quick to reply and said it just shipped from China, and provided me with a tracking number. Obviously, it wasn't shipped out as quickly as they promised, and If i hadn't emailed them, my order might still be sitting there. But I appreciated the quick reply and I was excited my items were on transit.

Huge disappointment once I opened my package and looked at the clothing. They are extremely poor quality and their sizing is way smaller than stated. The clothing doesn't resemble anything like the ones you see on their social media. I know things look different online than in person, but this was ridiculous. I was glad they had a return policy but all my emails went unanswered.

I ended up leaving a review on Trustpilot, and saw many more experiences like mine. I wish I read these reviews first before purchasing from Milk and Choco. They are quick to respond to the reviews but they never answer emails... they will even go as far to say they have contacted you but in reality, they never did and never will. They were even quick to report my review to Trustpilot, saying I was a fake account. Once I proved my purchase to Trustpilot, my review was reinstated.

Terrible service and terrible products. Do not buy from them and spare yourself the trouble.

I don't even remember ordering a dress from their website but it showed up on my credit card. As soon as I noticed the charge I immediately emailed them not once but twice with no response. I received the item. I have not opened it and I have emailed them another 4 times and am being completely ignored. Of course there is no phone number to call! I am pissed.

Ordered 2 items it took a whole month to arrive even tho money had been taken, items came and were nothing like what they were advertised as, and were faulty. Badly made, awful material, wrong colours, straps odd. Just awful.
Emailed to return several times to which no reply at all, I just want to return and get money back, please help

I ordered dresses which arrived late and the quality is terrible. The dress is completely different on one side versus the other. I have sent 10 emails with no response. I want to return the items but can not do so if they do not respond. Not sure where to go next but do not want these items and want my money back! Anyone have advice on what to do next? How do they keep getting away with this?

I have ordered a dress that is of bad quality from China and absolutely not my size. It is said that the return shipment is free on charge? But the customer service is not answering for weeks now. I have send so many messages. Where should I send the return goods? Such a bad company. I would never order anything again and would like to advise against it. It will have former legal conventions.

The website promises free returns, but they only provide an email address, saying to email them and they'll provide a mailing address for the return. After several emails, they have not responded to my email to provide a mailing address for the return.

The above order finally came after a month and the items do not fit. I am trying to return the items and receive a full refund as you advertised. So far your customer service dept has not responded to any emails, 6 so far. I insist that you contact me.

I paid for the item, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I attempted to track the package and noticed that the tracking site they provided just showed the package bouncing from arrival destination to arrival destination within China. I sent an e mail asking for information and did get a response that this was within expectations. At the end of the 3rd week I contacted them and told them that the item hadn't arrived and wanted a refund. No response. The item finally arrived, it is very poor quality, the pattern does not line up at any seam, the fabric is not as pictured and it is ill fitting. I tried to write to request a return and no one ever responded.

I am also trying to contact Milk and Choco for weeks to return and swap goods. They don't respond. Have send many emails. They are not responding at all. It took a really long time to receive the goods as well. I bought two dresses and the quality doesn't compare to the pictures. It looks like they forge them.

They seem to be a company in China, So this way they are almost untouchable. Don't buy from them.

I have ordered two jumpsuita from Milk & Choco and paid 79.9 usd. After waiting for almost two months, i have received the two products, of a very low quality. Since then, i have sent 6 emails asking for a refund and for the address where to send the products - order MC#121069

The fact that they do not reply makes me think that this is a fraud !

No phone number or address available, only email address that no one seems to maintain.
Sent several emails to cancel an order before it was shipped, no reply, got the dress after a while, sent another email to return or get a refund again no reply, sent another reminder 4 days after still no answer. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Dress did not even fit and was a wrong size.

Paid for about 5 items, they arrived after about 4 weeks, terrible quality compared to photos on website.
Contacted company start of July 2018, more than once, as I want to return & have a refund. I have had no replies - so can not return items or get a refund ( they do not provide a returns address

I placed an order and did not like the quality or fit of the items and I have been trying to no avail to reach the company for return information or where to ship to or really any response. I am suppose to make the return within 14 days, today is day 10 and I have sent 6 emails and posted a review on the website about this... I have heard absolutely nothing. HORRIBLE customer service and the material of the items I purchased was awful and extremely cheap not to mention it took over 3 weeks for me to even receive the item after purchasing.

I purchase a dress from Milk and Choco, I very much like the dress but need to exchange it for a larger size. I have contacted them several times but no response. Their website says free exchanges and returns, but if they never answer their emails, how are you suppose to exchange. If they are not able to exchange I would like a refund. Thank You,

I ordered a dress in two sizes over a month ago. They still to this day have not shipped it. I have emailed and sent a message through Facebook about just canceling my order. Since you have charged my card and no product has been delivered I will be calling my credit card company and asking them for the refund as no one will respond or ship the product I have been charged for.

First my order was never shipped even when the payment was take. and I contacted support and they finally shipped it and I received it two weeks later. Now when I need to do the "free" return as it is advertised no one is responding to my numerous emails. The dress liner is coming offand and it fits very poorly due to construction of the dress. It is order ORDER MC#124380 for Taylor Boho Floral Maxi Dress.

I ordered a jump suit at the start of June. I was told I would receive it in 5-10 days, I have checked the tracking and it's not very clear. It is now 6 weeks later and I have still not received it. I emailed and they promptly replied to tell me my item was on the way however I have requested a refund twice now and I have received no reply. It's so disgraceful- buyer beware.

All the outfits are very poor quality and you can see through them very cheap looking. I was very surprised at how bad they where compared to the pictures on the website. I have also sent multiple emails to get a refund and return the items and no one has responded. This site is a total scam and it also took 3-4 weeks to get the product when it states 5-7 days for shipping.. Very sad! If they spent the money on there product that they spend on there advertising they could really have a great product.
