I bought 3 items and 2 of the 3 were too small. The website says to email customer service, which I have done 3 times and still no reply. I simply wanted to exchange for the correct size and I am a true to my size which is a 2, and the XS per the size chart on their website is not even close to fitting me. Terrible service and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered two of the delilah dresses in navy. The dresses did not arrive in the specified time of the 5-10 business days. I did contact them regarding the shipment via email and received an email regarding the shipment the next day. The dresses are not of the quality they present. The pictures are very deceiving in the fit of the dress. The return policy is very clear and presented like there is no problem to return an item except I have sent two emails within a week's time and still have not received a message back on how to return the items. You can only contact them by email and if they don't respond I guess the consumer is out the money! This is very frustrating considering I heard back within 24 hrs the first time and because I am needing to return I still have not received a message at this time.

Two items ordered on May 29th and paid for expedited shipping, items came June 17, so much for "expedited". The exotic dress is very poor quality & a Wrng item was sent in place of the Melanie dress, a t shirt. Have tried contacting co since the items arrived on 17th multiple times w no response. Have been requesting to receive credit for $83.85 to credit card and return poor quality items

I ordered 2 dresses that of course looked adorable on FB. When they finally arrived they were crap! Material was horrible and front design didn't even match the back. I went to their web site to question where to return right away and followed the instructions.
" Click here to start return process" Never heard a word! Have since emailed 6 times with absolutely NO RESPONSE! I am out $84.00! wish I had been smart enough to check the Company out before ordering . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!@! It is a complete rip off!

I bought 4 items for you that came in double the amount of time you said. One dress won't even get over my leg let alone my body. One jumpsuit is so short in the body I couldn't out the straps on and they are ALL poor quality and not like the pictures. Your website says free returns but when you try you realise you have to email the company and you don't get a response. Company pretends to be American buy clothes are shipped from China. Really disappointed as the stuff all looked gorgeous!

This company is a totally scam. I have recently purchased 6 articles of clothing from them and not one item is like it is photographed.
The garment quality is cheap and of low grade. The items took 6 weeks to arrive in australia from date of purchase.
They are masquerading that they are an american company but are actually hiding in china and their garments reflect this as are very poor quality.
Their published size guides are totally irrelevant as not one item fitted me.
I have emailed them many times for a refund and to return the items (as they state to do on their website) and they have not replied.
This company is a scam and are misrepresenting goods on their website.
Obtaining funds by deception is called fraud.
Do not buy from this website under any condition.

Its 6 weeks since i ordred and only when I emailed and messaged did I get a response and my item was shipped. 1 month after I placed the order. No apology or offer if refund.
Also it shows in $ but nowhere does it say USD. I assumed being kn NZ it would be NZD. Again no reply when I asked.
I actually want a refund as the evening I bought this for has passed.

I received this last Friday. It not really what I am looking for...material is quite cheap and sizing all wrong. Have emailed twice regarding a refund as parcel arrived without returns advice...nobody has replied. It's says on website that 100% returns is guaranteed. Have waited for 5 days for a reply from both website and seller. Please help. Seller was Eli Zeta. See below for pictures of what jumpsuit is advertised as, and how it arrived and what it looks like in real life.

I ordered a dress from this company on the 2/6/18 and I'm still waiting, I have sent them 3 emails with no response. It states that they will respond in 1-2 days there is no contact telephone number for you to speak to anyone.

They obviously took my money on the 2/6/18 but whether I'll receive my item - who knows! I've noticed a number of reviews from similar customers this is very disappointing as they advertise all over facebook and their clothing and website looks very professional

It was a dress they were showing over and over on Facebook. The cost was $39.95.

It was delivered two weeks later. The quality of the dress is terrible. It does not fit and it is just a cheap poor quality dress. The fabric and workmanship is deplorable.
I have followed their instructions to email them four times and have received absolutely no response.

They are still showing the dress on Facebook and the next time I see it I am going to respond on Facebook.

I placed order for dress on 6/3/18. My credit card was charged and I have not received product. I have sent email to [protected]@milkandchoco.com on 6/20 and have received no response When I search for when shipping or shipped on their website it keeps saying that they are waiting on carrier. This is very bad service as today is 6/23/18. I cannot find a phone number to call.

Do NOT order from here. I ordered two items on this site, they charged my credit card, and never even shipped the items. Their customer support email address states replied within 1-2 days. Yeah right, they never responded to any of my multiple emails and now I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. They are a SCAM.

I ordered a pantsuit from them a month ago. It took about 3 weeks to receive it (now I know why, as it was mailed from china). The material was unwearable, the style was unwearable, and it was similar to a nightgown. Just hung like a drape! I emailed them 4 times for a return label and no response at all (even though the website says will respond in 1-2 days).

I ordered a summer lacey dress and it was nothing like the picture as advertised. It was very poor quality, totally see through, little fabric on top and cheap lace. I sent them 4 emails and they did not respond to any of my emails for a return despite their apparent free return policy. Total con artists. I have 5 friends who had the same experience. Terrible company.

I placed an order on june 5th... It never shipped. I emailed customer service multiple times, with no response. The money was taken out of my account, but the product never shipped. I have now issused a complaint thru the ftc, and will have to dispute the charge. This company should be shut down. Do not purchase from this company. They are a complete scam.

I ordered a dress from Milk And Choco on 5/31/18 and my order was confirmed that day. I signed up for order updates, it is now 6/21/18 and I have not received a single update. On top of that, I e-mailed the company 3 times (June 7th, June 12th, and today), but I have yet to receive a single response. They advertise that they respond within "48 hours" which is blasphemous. The most annoying part is they billed my credit card almost immediately after the order was placed (6/1/18). I am beyond frustrated with this company. I want a complete refund.

My order took 15 days to arrive. The dress was not as pictured in their amazing photos. There are no tags in the item except a tiny tag with an "s" for small. No washing instructions, no identifying tags of any kind. Fabric was incredibly wrinkled and I was afraid to iron it because they probably would not except my return if I did.
I've contacted them about wanting to return this item and have had no reply. My package came from China. I'm guessing these dresses are made in sweat shops. I want a full refund. My order # is 164031

I cannot get an answer from these people. I was told my items would be 5-10 days and it took over a month. I want to return and have seen messages but not answers. These items arrives too late and are too big for with is described. I wish a full refund.

I have now sent three emails and still have no answer. There is no telephone number to call which is not right, I should be able to speak to someone about this and get it resolved.

My order took 2 and a half months to arrive and was unwearable on arrival. I ordered a medium which is my size and it would fit a child. Nothing like the photo on their web site and wouldn't let me do a review. I emailed them and they say a reply in 24 hours, that was a week ago.
Please advice people not to purchase from them, just throwing money away.

Bought a total of 7 items from them. Happy with 4 of them but 3 of the items are not the correct size and as mentioned by others, the dress is seethrough. The one dress I received is not even made from the same fabric/print as the picture on their website. Cheap quality all around.

These people do not respond to return/refund emails. They are horrible. You can't just disappear with other people's money. Completely shocked.

Ordered on 15 May, received on 31 May. Sent first email for refund/returns on 31 May, again on 5 June, 11 June and 18 June. Nothing back.

I submitted a review on Trustpilot and my review along with the other honest bad reviews were reported by MilkandChoco less than 24 hours after published! They are quick to do that but not to reply to their own customer complaint emails. I honestly don't even have words for this. These people are the most untrustworthy bunch of crooks.

And not only have they reported most of the complaints on Trustpilot. All of a sudden there are multiple good reviews of the company. Yesterday when I posted my review there were none!
