Ordered 2 garments. The jumpsuit looked unlike the sales photo. The dress was received in the wrong size. They requested photos of the garments. I sent these and they replied almost immediately and acknowledged their error but then further emails have gone unanswered. They have not offered a solution and they refuse to reply to my correspondence. Their lack of service is the most frustrating but also knowing that the consumer can do nothing about it.

I have Emailed 5 times not a single reply for a refund.
They were ok to reply when I emailed asking where the item was as it was not processed for one month. It took soo long to receive the cheap item and I was disappointed to find the material is so cheap and awful not worth $40.
I have endlessly emailed, there is no phone number for a refund. They state to reply to emails 1-2 days but it has been 2 weeks. Other people have the same experience.
I absolutely demand a refund and instructions how otherwise I will take this further with the complaints. It is robbery and is unfair to steal money and not give instructions on my legal obligation for a refund.

Ordered a dress from this website that was pictured one way. What I received was nothing like the photo (different colors, material looked different - just ugly). I tried to contact customer service 5x with no response. I wanted to return this garment for a refund. I was excited to get this dress because of the way it looked online and was shocked upon receipt. As well as the lack of follow through from their customer service department. I would highly recommend staying away from ordering anything from them.

Placed order for one boho summer dress on thursday may 24, 2018.
1. 5/24/18 received emailed confirmation same day.
2. 6/17/18 received emailed order has been shipped confirmation on sunday, june 17, 2018.
3. 6/25/18 did not receive purchase until monday, june 25, 2018. The dress was 1. The wrong size; I ordered xxl and received xl. The xl was more like an xs than an xl or xxl. I could only pull the half sleeve to below my elbow, no further.
4. 6/26/18 received emailed notification that the order had been delivered.
5. 6/26/18 replied to email as instructed by email to get return information, as there was no pack slip, and no return address or instructions provided.
6. 6/28/2018 sent another email requested shipping information for returns.
7. 7/2/18 sent another email correspondence requesting return information only sent from my work email address.
8. 7/5/18 received email response to my work email address stating that it was the first email they had received from me, but the email still didn't provide return shipping address or instructions.
9. 7/5/18 replied back, from my work email address, attaching one of the two emails from my personal email address, requesting return shipping information.
10. 7/9/18 still have not received any return shipment information.
11. Sent another email from my work email address.

I am absolutely disgusted that this is what I got sent after 2 months of waiting.

I ordered the Grace dress! What I received was certainly NOT what was in the pictures.

The dress is a terrible quality, made out of cheap stretchy Lycra type straps and lace. The lining is not nude as it clearly is in the photo on your website.
The thing that I am absolutely fuming about though is that the dress is sewn back to front. It's clearly a cheap knock off and the part that's meant to be short and at the front is at the back. So I can't even wear this dress as a [censored]ty little beach dress. The top half which clearly looks like the front has had the long lace back side sewn in to it so when I put it on the long bit is at the front and the short part is at the back.
What a disgrace!
I am asking for a full refund. If I do not hear from you, I will be posting on Facebook and any social media that I can. And I will also be submitting a claim to ACCC as well as requesting a chargeback through my bank. I am appalled with what I've received and certainly don't believe I should have paid $53 for it. I would not buy that in a store and had I have known that this would have been the quality I got, I would not have bought that from you.

With my honeymoon in a few weeks I wanted some nice clothes to wear and I spent literally hours surfing website after website where sizing stopped at a 12... now to me that's a pretty average size and as I am taller than average I like to go up to a 14 for extra length but it is SO hard to find those sizes. Then I come across Milk and Choco - congrats on making everyone feel welcome.

I received an item that was seriously sub par and torn. I have sent 5 emails requesting instructions on returning item and they have yet to respond. The company is bogus and is a scam. The clothes and very cheap and very small. The customer service is non existent unless you are buying something. After that you don't exist. They are out of China and an absolute Cheap company. I am still waiting on a reply. The dress I ordered was nothing but a piece of sheer fabric and not even sewn together. What crap is that.

I bought a dress for my oldest daughter in early April. I received the dress in early May - a long time, but not bad since it is coming from China - and I expected a long shipment. The dress was TINY so I had my younger daughter try it on. She is a double zero - and it was too small for her! Clearly, this dress is mis-sized and no one could actually wear it. I emailed the Milk and Choco on May 14th the first time. Their website says this is how you return an item. I followed directions they provide and received no response. Two weeks later, I forwarded the same email again - with no response. I have now sent two additional emails and never hear from anyone. Literally, no email back, not even an auto response! Nothing, zero, nada!

The dress is okay but it just does not fit either of my girls. It is teeny tiny.

I would like a full refund but have not way of knowing what to do in order to get that accomplished.

This company is not one I will never, EVER buy from again. Furthermore, I will be posting this company name and how they stole my money from me on all of my social media outlets if I receive no response. I paid $39 USD for this dress and it doesn't fit anyone in my house. I deserve a full refund.

If you are reading this, do not ever buy from this company! They will steal your money without thinking twice about it.

I have bought many items from here for such a fair price and top notch quality. Building on this, the customer service is a cut above the rest. After not being happy with the colour of a product I ordered, they did everything they could to help to ensure I was looked after. Would recommend this company to countless family and friends.

I am slowly becoming addicted to shopping here! Love love love! I purchased my items online, I was so impressed by how fast the delivery was and how easy it was to purchase the Items on the website! Everything is as described and the quality is very high for the price, this dress is one of the best bang for the bucks I ever found. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

Made a purchase online, received tracking number mid morning, super exciting, fast and efficient postage and the item is absolutely beautiful. Sizes seem generous as well! But i am excited! Thanks guys I'm going to use this dress for an upcoming event that I really care about. The customer service was very friendly and efficient, highly recommemded!

I placed an order in June, June 28 my payment was processed with an email stating they would send my tracking number. I still haven't received one. I sent another email today with a response saying the exact same thing.
This company is bogus - The advertisement indicated 5-10 days and my order would arrive. This company may have cute catalogs, but it's a scam... DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!

Still have not received order and been several weeks. Customer service does not respond to inquiries. I wish I had found this board before I ordered. After reading complaints here, I fear getting items that are substandard andcill fitting. I would ask for my hard earned money to be returned, but as I previously stated, this company has not reponded to my inquiries.

They sell nice clothes and I like them, my dresses are lovely, however their customer service sometimes is really slow to reply and I think this is something that needs to be improved.
The delivery was quick and fully tracked with USPS, nothing bad about that, but waiting 24-36 hours for a reply it is a little bit too much in my opinion. I suggest using a live chat.

I placed my order online at milkandchoco.com on June 6, 2018. My credit card was charged on June 8, 2018 and an email was sent stating they received my order but did not have a tracking number with it. On June 18, 2018, i emailed Milk & Choco's customer service and informed them of the dress i ordered and that my card has been charged but have not received a tracking number and requested the status of my order.
I received an email back informing me that my order has been correctly processed and shipped. I will receive a tracking number in a couple of working days. Thinking everything was on track since their delivery time frame was 5-10 business days at the time of order, I accepted their response and waited. I then received an email stating my order is it's way to me an that it will be delivered in yet another 5-10 business days. On June 28, 2018 I reached out to Milk & Choco's customer service again. I informed them that I was getting impatient as the original delivery time frame was 5-10 business days and I should have received already. I informed them that I placed my order based on their delivery information of 5-10 business days and had I known it was 5-10 business days to process my order and then 5-10 business days to start the shipping, I would not ordered it for the upcoming wedding I was attending. I received a response back stating my order has been correctly processed and shipped. I can follow the shipment at the following link. I was also informed that sometime tracking numbers are not updated daily during international shipments, mainly due to customs processing and that it's absolutely normal. It is now July 6, 2018 and I still have not received the dress I ordered. I looked on the tracking website and it reflects that it is still sitting in China and has not shipped out. I sent another email July 6, 2018 as my last attempt to track it down.

I saw one of their ads on Facebook, liked the dress, made sure returns were possible before i ordered it (they supposedly are), so I ordered it. it came several weeks later, looked awful, so I tried to return it by following the instructions on their website. I reached out 3 times over a 4 week period and heard nothing back. They say returns are possible, they claim they get back to you within 2 days, but this has not been my experience. Email is the only method of contact listed on their website, so there's no other way for me to follow up. Total waste of time and money.

I placed two orders totalling around £200.00. When the clothes arrived they were terrible quality and the sizing is awful. I have sent four emails as there is no telephone number available and no one will answer my request for a return. This company are completely fraudulent. The clothes they advertise are not the clothes that you receive. I can't believe that I fell for them but their website is very convincing. I thought I was buying from the US and the prices were not so cheap so it did not arise suspicion. The US websites tend to be good value and their website looked professional. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered dresses, arrived 2 months late. Quality is very poor and don't fit properly. Have emailed them on numerous occasions to return as per their site, but they have not responded or even opened my emails as put a ‘read receipt ‘ on them... they've a very misleading in both their advertising and the quality of the product. The dresses I received are nothing like the ones on their site in either colour or quality. One is entirely see through.

Long awaited parcel arrived, must admit in good time but was disappointed to see they had sent the wrong size to what had been ordered. Have sent photos and emails but have yet to receive a reply. What I did order was of good quality and well made, no complaints there just wrong size so of no use to me. Poor customer service to not reply. At this stage would not bother again with online shopping.

I ordered at Milk and Choco in end of May for an amount of over 300 USD. After one week I asked for an update regarding the shipping. Fortunately I received an answer one day later that my order has been correctly processed and shipped and that I would receive a tracking number in a couple of working days. This was the only „personal" sign of life I got. No tracking number, no message. On June 21st I received the order. I‘ve never experienced such a long shipment time. I sent them an email (because no other channel is available) and stated that I‘m not happy with the quality at all and that one item is not the one I‘ve ordered. I asked them if they could advice how to process in returning the items. No answer. Five days later I‘ve sent another email which was again not answered. Additional two days later I sent my last email. No answer. It seems like they are phantoms. Unfortunately I don‘t see the „we reply within 1-2 business days" that they promise on their website.

It‘s my right as a customer to return clothes I don‘t want to have. The quality of these items is very bad and not comparable to the shown pictures. If they would be that fast with answering emails and providing a good customer service as they are with initiating the payment or removing customer comments from Trustpilot, they would have a better reputation.
