I ordered a dress from milk & choco on 6/21/18 and it was finally delivered on 7/20/18 - that's a month later! I ordered an xxl and the one that was delivered was an xl. Not only was it the wrong size, it was completely different than the dress that was pictured on the website. I am greatly disappointed with this purchase and feel scammed. I have emailed their "support" email to say I want a full refund as I refuse to pay for something that was falsely advertised and not at all what I ordered! Avoid this company at all costs!

I saw Milk and Choco advertised on Facebook. The web site indicated that the dress would be shipped in days, but when I got the confirmation it extended to weeks. It shipped directly from China with very limited tracking. When it arrived, the zipper was sewn shut making it impossible to put on. I sent pictures and emails to the company and got no response. They are not reputable. Avoid them.

I have been emailing the company for a couple of days now and have not heard back. I need my dress by friday, otherwise I will be returning it. After reading all of these bad reviews I am sad to say that I do not think that I will recieve my dress on time. Online it says usually recieves dress within about 7 days I believe. But with their no response to emails and these reviews I dont believe them.

I ordered 2 clothing items from Milk and Choco on June 10, 2018. Order #MC175908. I received a confirmation email on June 11, 2018. The items were delivered finally on July 15, 2018. I was disappointed with the quality of the materials(fabric) and construction of the garments, but I was willing to accept. The main problem with both was that they did not follow the sizing that was given on the site. One garment does not fit at all and is unusable. The second is small but tolerable. I immediately requested an exchange for the next larger size. I followed the procedure given on the website. I sent an email requesting authorization to exchange the items. I have sent 2 emails requesting exchange for the next larger size or refund if the size does not exist. Today is July 23, 2018. I have not received any response to my emails. Prior to receiving my purchases, I had emailed to inquire of the estimated date of arrival of my purchase. I received a return email within 24 hours. It has now been over 1 week since my exchange inquiry and I have not received a response. The return policy allows 14 days. I have been waiting for 8 days to receive instructions and authorization per the company policy. This is unacceptable. I am a US citizen living in Taiwan.

I ordered this dress via Facebook advert. After 4 weeks I had to contact Milk & Choco to finds out where my item was. They replied that it would be shipped straight away. The dress arrived with a 3 inch hole in one of the seams where it seems the fabric just missed the sewing machine! I suspect having advertised on Facebook they received a lot of orders so are just churning out poorly made garments in China! I have tried to contact them twice via email but not received any response.

This is my 3rd attempt in a week to contact "customer support" for instructions on how to return their poorly constructed Breeze - Boho Summer Dress: Order MC#152389. Haven't even received an automated reply! Took forever to arrive. Poorly constructed: the stripe pattern is almost an inch off in the bodice! No invoice, hence, no instructions for return. No phone number! I want instructions, and an address for returning the dress, and a full refund w/no shipping charges. Attached are 2 pics: the poorly constructed dress I received vs. the one they show in their catalogue. Thank you.

I placed an order on July 5, as of today the item still has not shipped. I received a confirmation that my order was received and I would receive order in 5 to 10 business days.
After repeated emails to them inquiring about the status of the order, I would always get the same response, My order was received!

I finally received an update on 7/22/18 that they are packing my order, and
provided a tracking number and that the item would take 5 to 10 business days
AND yes this item is shipping from CHINA!

The most disturbing thing is that this vendor is advertised on Instagram -

I have paid for a dress on the 9th of july and have not received anything. I have complained to company and I am getting no reply. Why is facebook letting these companies advertise on here. I will never order anything through facebook again. How do I get my money back as you had to order straight from bank would not let me pay through paypal. Dont order off this company. Thankyou

I waited 6 weeks and finally received a wrinkled piece of material that looked nothing like the picture with no belt and no shape to it!

The "dress" is actually from china but I believe the ad leads you to believe it is in california.

Do not waste your money... If you look at the review on the website they all appear to be 5 stars so it's just a scam!

I ordered a dress on 13th July and straight away I had an email saying thank you we will send tracking number in a couple if days, of course the money was taken from my debit card straight away. Every time I email the support team it sends me an automated email back saying we will send you a tracking number in a couple of days. I wouldn't mind but I paid for priority shipping so should have been delivered in 5 to 7 days. This company is a disgrace and I will be taking this further. Face book and other sites should ban these scammers.

I ordered the Breeze- Boho Summer Dress on the 16th June 2018. I have not received a tracking number or received the order. My debit card was accessed immediately after I placed the order. I have emailed the company & received an automated response on the 9/7/18 saying "that your order has been correctly processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number in a couple of working days" It is now the 23/7 & still no dress or tracking number. I paid extra for express postage. What a scam, very disappointed. They are not returning my emails, I have sent a further two!

The quality was crap and the clothes are sized for very small Asian women. The XL was supposed to fit a US 12-14 and barely fit my friend who is a size 2 (and was 6 inches too short and completely see through). They have a guaranteed return policy but when you contact them no-one responds to your email. What a scam of a "company!" I know I will never get my money back. They also delete all negative comments and reviews from their wensite and Facebook ads.

Order MC#160338 I placed an order June 2, 2018 and they immediately charged my credit card. On July 2, I emailed them & asked for them to refund my money because I had not received my order nor had it even shipped. They did not respond but a couple of days later I got an automated email that my dress had shipped. It arrived today, 07/21/18, & it is poor quality junk. Nothing like advertised. See through material that can only be described as cheap, flag like material. I've once again emailed the company. I'm not holding my breath. I will also be contacting the international trades Dept since this came from China.

Terrible customer service. They've lost my order and they reply sporadically and ask for the same information over and over. At this point it's a stall tactic. They've now completely ignored me. Terrible company. 10 out of 10... Do not reccomend! Find your item somewhere else but make sure to read the reviews. It'll save you time and money. I may as well lit the 60 bucks on fire, as it's more then likely never seen again.

Charged for an item I wanted to buy & haven't received it & cannot get a response from this so called company as to the tracking number or when to expect delivery.

I ordered a romper, size medium on July 5th. Delivery was supposed to be within 5-10 business days. They have my $39.99 & I have no romper or recourse. Cannot locate where the business is or find a phone number - they don't answer emails either.

I ordered a dress on the 6th of June the website is saying it was delivered on the 17th of July over one and a half months after ordering. They have now delivered to the wrong address in a different state pictures and info attached and they show this is on there website. I have emailed there support email address several times and I have had no response. I am left out of pocket and with no dress. I believe this page and website is a scam.

I ordered a breeze - boho summer dress, green in size medium and 3 weeks later it has not even been shipped. I have sent 4 emails requesting resolution and refund and they will not respond to them. The cost of dress was $39.95 USD. I would like a refund on this item as I do not trust the item quality or that it will even be sent?

The product wasn't incredible, and it took a long time to arrive. But the biggest issue was my item didn't fit right, and when I e-mailed them about returning it, they ignored all my e-mails. On their website, it clearly says they accept returns within 14 days, and to just e-mail them to start the process. Well I have been repeatedly e-mailing for weeks and have gotten no response from them. I've looked at other review websites, and it appears this is a common problem. They reply to e-mails, unless you are asking for returns, and then they proceed to ignore you.

This is extremely rude and I will never order from them again. Even if the product was incredible, nothing would justify a company to completely ignore e-mails from their customers.

I ordered something and my credit card was immediately charged. They gave me no delivery date. After quite awhile went by( this is a seasonal item so it's time sensitive), I emailed to find out when it was being sent. No response. Emailed again (no phone option). No response. Posted more than once on FB page asking for a response. No response. Emailed about 5-8 more times. No response. I emailed to cancel the order and called my credit card company to have the charge removed. They said this company is a known scam company. Interestingly, I posted a review online about this and the company responded right away filing a complaint against me for using the word "scam." Funny how they can't respond to a basic customer question but they're stalking the online reviews instead of taking care of business as it should be taken care of. Buyer beware. I did not do my homework--don't make the same mistake I did. A friend ordered a product and when she finally got it, it was such horrible quality so she emailed multiple times to return it. Guess what? No response to any of her emails either, of course.

I ordered the Kendra dress in June 4th. My credit card was charged on June 4th. After 2 emails asking where my order was. I received a shipment confirmation email on July 2nd. It still says that it was picked up from the sorting center with no other information! I have sent 2 more emails and neither one has been returned! This is such a disappointed!
