Car was towed in for repair, recieved damage on lot. The vehicle was accepted without looking the car over before typing up the order, he admitted on his own accord. Service manager said they were not liable because it is a public lot. Had to call 3 times to get them to check security cameras and call me back. Called the owner of Mile One and he said this is unfortanate and offered to split the repair with me. Knowing they probably double the price of repairs to the customer the only thing he offered was to not make a profit on damage they possibly caused. He lost a customer over $300 dollars.
