Milanoo.com don't buy from them for your own good

Do not buy from them... All fakes and when you send something back at your own exspence they then ignore all emails and have never refunded the money £98 the f*s owe me... You have been warned, also I paid by pay pal but because they take so long to send the goods and so long to acknowledge returns t is out of the 60 days you have to raise a problem with pay pal... Avoid avoid avoid.

Milanoo.com I found their products very ugly

I am a semi-successful lolita fashion blogger and they have attempted to bribe me with discounted products in exchange for a falsely positive review. I refused because I don't accept bribes, and quite frankly I found their products very ugly. They are bad news.

Milanoo.com I wasted over 90 dollars

Ok, so, I knew that milanoo.com was pretty bad from the reviews that I seen but I decided to give the site a chance (most of the reviews were from 2009 to 2010ish) and it was honestly the worst experience I ever had. I'm serious I read a review about a girl getting a kitchen sink instead of her dress (that should of been a red flag from the very beginning, but since it is hard to believe to me I just brushed it off). I ordered a white and black lolita dress. It looked beautiful on the website but when I got my order (it's a miracle. It took three months for me to finally recieve it) it looked horribly made. It looked like a twelve-year-old made it. The dress had strings hanging off and it was missing the coat that I was supposed to get and it was in a different color! It was in red instead of black! It was even the wrong size! I'm plus-sized so I got my custom made. It came in a small instead of in the measurements I put in! Don't order off this site. I wasted over 90 dollars! I couldn't even get my refund!

Milanoo.com you will be disappointed and you wont be able to return

There is a reason milanoo 's prices seem too good to be true... I ordered a pair of heels that from the pictures looked exactly like the shoes from other stores. I received my shoes quickly and on initial inspection was okay with my purchase... And then I put them on. These shoes are so cheaply made the heels are not straight and so actually bend in, I took two steps and know that if I took any more the heel will break off. They are unwearable, the website makes it so difficult to find out about returns and the cost would make it useless to return anyway. So if you are wondering if it's to good to be true... It is! You are wasting your money because you will be disappointed and you wont be able to return.

Milanoo.com avoid them at all cost because you've got no assurances if something goes wrong

I bought 2 pairs of shoes - after taking nearly a month to arrive they were huge (sizing chart is well off!) so I wanted to return for a refund. They ignored the weeks worth of messages I sent until I opened a dispute via paypal (as I always pay with paypal).
I paid £35 to return these shoes and now only to find they have not accepted delivery of the return! Dispute still ongoing - avoid avoid avoid.

After seeing a previous review they posted a false caring response that they would contact me through paypal and "shockingly" they have not. Still ongoing! Avoid them at all cost because you've got no assurances if something goes wrong.

Milanoo.com save your money - shop elsewhere

My experience - ordered a dress on april 9th, took them until may 18th for me to receive it. What I got is not what I ordered. I paid extra to have it made to my measurements and that was a joke. Really poor work, dress has pink marker markings all over the front, support cups that are sewn in are about 5 sizes too small (note, I gave them my measurements), length of dress is uneven, shoulder straps are not even close to what they showed. Needless to say, I tried to contact them to get this resolved. The email address the lady keeps posting here is bouncing back, their help page won't let you submit the issue, so I took it to paypal. They sent the problem to milanoo and I got an automated response saying "please tell us what the problem is and send us pictures". I sent everything as requested, 4 days later, same email, tell us what the problem is. I send it again. 4 days later, email from them saying if you don't respond, we will close your case. I respond again. Three days ago I get an email saying, please send again, we didn't get your pictures, I send again, today I get the same email, please send again, we didn't get pictures (really mad by now). I escalated the issue through paypal to get my money back. They are asking that I send this back at my expense, so I called my credit card company who is also involved in getting me my money back as soon as I can show them it was sent back. Luckily they are a good company and are actually giving me a credit to my account so I can ship this pos back to milanoo.

Those who think they will get money back directly from milanoo, don't bother, either escalate through paypal or go directly to your credit card company. Usps can ship back for less than $20 (crammed into an envelope just like they sent you your items).

Basically lesson learned - if it looks too good to be true, it really is. Do pay attention to people ranting on here as they aren't making up stories of what really happened to their orders.

Milanoo.com i'm blocking them and as many of the e-mails I can

Well, my roommate and I ordered some boots for a cos-play, spent about $58. So, I get a confirmation in my e-mail, but it says (after it confirms it accepted our money) that the order would be delayed because of "chinese new year." it was the middle may. So, I e-mailed them and told them that we needed the boots during the time they originally promised, not three days after the fact, or we'd need a refund. Since e-mailing them, I have suddenly been receiving a ton of junk mail in an e-mail I have used for years without getting but maybe 10 a week, now i'm getting 20 a day. Haven't gotten the boots, but they say they are on the way. Don't know if I trust that, but i'm blocking them and as many of the e-mails I can.

Milanoo.com this is a bad company to deal with

This is a bad company to deal with. I ordered a wedding dress and shoes in february. It arrived in april. They did not fit so it was returned. I received the refund for the shoes$40 but no refund for the dress which was $149. They said they issued the dress refund but they did not. Going to report them to my lawyer and let him advise me where to go from here. Do not deal with this company!

Yes, get your money back from these thieves, that's your right.
Maybe you can try this online shop - - weddingdressesgood.com, I've ordered several times from them, really good and it saves your budget.
Here's one of the dress I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. Perfect!

Milanoo.com I will never ever buy from them again, because I have no idea what they might send me

Stupidly I bought seven pieces of different clothes from milanoo without checking their reputations, spending $234.43 in march 2012. I bought a size xs shirt with a corset and the corset part is made of very soft thin fabric, there's no wires and it doesn't have any support at all. The stand collar blouse I bought from them disappointed me greatly as well. Because the collar doesnt stand at all. The lace on the collar is too big and soft. An underskirt that came with a dress has two layers of very flat hard tulle but no lining. It does not give any volume to the dress and it's totally useless.

I was only happy with two items out of seven I bought. Milanoo first declined my request for a partial refund (just for one item of $37.49) saying they did not see any problems in the product. Luckily, I paid by paypal and I opened a dispute through paypal and milanoo immediately refunded me. But I will never ever buy from them again.

Milanoo.com refusal to refund money for damaged product

I ordered this winter parka coat (pictures attached). I measured myself carefully to ensure it would fit. I was anticipating it would be slightly large, which was what I wanted. It took about 3 weeks for shipping.
When it arrived I saw the sleeve seam was badly damaged and ripped on the inside near the armpit, exposing the inner layer of insulation and making the jacket unwearable.
Also, the jacket in a size large was advertised as having a 42 inch bust. It really has a 36-38 inch bust on the outer most layer. Because it also has a removable inner layer, the bust is truly 32-34 inches at the most. The sleeves are also much shorter than advertised.
Milanoo removed the jacket from their website as soon as I initiated the "dispute" process. They have absolutely awful customer service. "zoe", my customer service person, requested I send pictures of the damage and sizing error. I provided 6 or so high quality pictures from an 8-megapixel camera clearly showing the damaged sleeve and lining, and the true bust measurement with a straight measuring tape. "zoe" said the pictures were not usable or correct for some reason -
"without correct picture as providence, I can not help you to solve the problems, if you can provide correct picture which turn out our mistake, we will make refund to you soon. Because if you want to return, you need to pay the shipping back fee by your self. That may cost too much money. I really want to help you to solve your problems under our company regulation."
So I took some more pictures using a 15-megapixel slr and sent those to "zoe". This was several days ago. I have not received a reply. I sent several follow up emails asking if the pictures were received, were viewable, and were clear enough to show the damage and wrong sizing. No response.
I will never shop online without reading some reviews first again. Shame on me.
Attached are the pictures showing the damaged sleeve. This site will not allow me to upload the higher quality pictures of the size discrepancy (max file size is 2 mb, the pictures I sent milanoo are 5 mb), but milanoo received all pictures.

Milanoo.com refund

Hi, I asked milanoo for a refund and its been over four weeks now of sending the women's pea coat and they automatically closed me of when I kept on giving them email after the other and all they can say is we have not received it yet, now I don't know whether to believe it or not. Because it is not right that they telling me they have not received it yet, it has been over a month. Their service is not good at all it certainly does not help or benefit me at all. I am a bit worried that I do not get scammed by them. By the look of it I think I will be. They just automatically closed me down like nothing from this I am a bit suspicious that they tricking me and than after they say you replied too late or something when I was the one emailing them and they not replying back to me until it was too late from their side. Meaning I kept on emailing them within that 24hour that they said to email them by but because they checked it late the case closed down but that was not my fault it is their's. I would really appreciate if you put this into consideration please thank you.

Milanoo.com order cancellation

This is more of a concern... I attempted to order a dress from milanoo; upon entering my credit card info, their system said there was a problem with my card. I gave up & logged out of the website & then noticed that I had a confirmation email, with an order number & shipping date, but my item had been marked as 'unpaid'. I emailed back to the website & was told to use paypal. By this time, I was skeptical & asked the company multiple times to cancel my order, which, they assured me they would, but not until I sent probably 10 emails over 2-3 days & used some harsh wording. So far, my card has not been charged, but i'm afraid that something may still happen, even though I was assured it was cancelled b/c I had not paid. Anyone had a similar experience? I just hope this is not going to result in something disastrous! I am appalled at the horror stories about dealing with this company!

I have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress. The dress arrived in time. It almost same as the picture. And It fit me perfect. I love it so much. I will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future.

Milanoo.com when she received the dress it was horrible

My sister order a wedding dress beautiful picture, it had roses on it and everything. She was really excited, when she received the dress it was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture it was missing the whole top part that should of been red. We contacted the company they said what was wrong with it?, I told them they didn't agree until the saw the red part missing, then they said nothing else was wrong. But that was a lie the rose's were supposed to look like rose's not carnations, the color of the stems were brown instead of green there were strings hanging all over from the dress. It looked like a child made it. They offered only $100.00, we paid over $200.00 for it. We said no we want a full refund, so my sister sends it out like they told her to. It gets to in china 4 days later. The post office tried to deliver it 3 times. I emailed them and told them they need to pick it up. They wrote back it was delivered, they said wait patiently for your refund. After waiting about a week, one answer said they were looking for it, then I waited 2 weeks now there telling me they never received it. It's a shame that this company is still in business, all they do is lie and ruin people wedding days. Don't order from them. They have the worst customer service and all the do is lie.

I also have a good experience from Peridress. I'd like to share it with all of you. I just want more people will know Peridress. I have an wedding dress of luxury style from Peridress! I just want to say thanks for making such a fantastic wedding dress! Everyone at the wedding thought it was gorgeous and that I looked really beautiful! It was the perfect fit too! I also want to thank for such a good customer service, they are the best! Peridress, which you shouldn't miss.

I also suggest you try Peridress web site. You can place the order 3 month at least before your wedding, it leaves enough time for everything! I purchased my wedding dress in winter which is not a hot season for wedding. I got my dress in time and it is sooooo beautiful. I love it so much. Their service is pretty good. But if you want to purchase exactly same as the original dresses, I suggest you purchase your dresses from the store directly. Although it will cost you much.

I purchased my wedding dress from them. The dress arrived in time. After I receive it, all I can say is WOW! We were not expecting it for another month. We are totally thrilled with the dress. It is just as pictured and fits her perfectly. THANKS A LOT!

Yes. Ella. I also purchased my wedding dress from peridress. I think I am so lucky to find peridress website. My wedding dress of chiffon fabric arrived today and I couldn’t help wait any longer to try it on before the mirror. I must say it is very gorgeous than the picture on the website, the exquisite beading work is one of the most beautiful details on the wedding dress. It fits me perfectly and the dress size is exactly of mine. Thanks for their detailed explanation of how-to-measure, you should follow steps by steps if an order were placed. I think Peridress is a reliable bridal shop online for your dress selections.

Milanoo.com do not waste your money on these scammers

Do not waste your money on these scammers. The sizes are way off (women's size xl in china is apparently a child's size 2 toddler in us). Forget about getting a return or exchange. They will give you the run around until you finally give up. Lost too much money with these knuckleheads. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I think you can try Periwing website next time. I don't know how to choose the fit size through Chinese size and I just sent emails to their customer service team for a try. I got their reply within one day and I was told that they state their size chart clearly on the web site. I got my dresses on time and they are very nice. I love it. I SUGGEST YOU TRY THIS WEB SITE next time.

If you want to purchse Chinese clothing, you can try periwing website. It is really excellent website to purchase Chinese items.
I have purchased some Chinese dresses from this website. They are in high quality. But the price is really low.
The most important thing is that their customer service is very good. Let you don't have any hesitation to purchase the items from them.
One of my friend bought a jacket from them, when he try the jacket on, he found the jacket was small. Then he sent a email about this to them. They reply the email very quickly. At last, my friend send the jacket back to them. They change a bigger one for my friend. Its a happy thing to purchase from them. If you want to purchse more Chinese clothes, you visit this website.

Milanoo.com be warned_dont buy from them!!!

Where do I begin?! I ordered a beautiful looking dress from them when it finally arrived the cheap free cosplay set that came with it was probably worth more than the order. It was like I bought a cheap knock off that wasnt even accurate. The details were all different, the corset has black ribbon and buttons, where the one I received has light purple.
The corset looks firm like it has boning or some structure to it. The one received is one layer thick, and doesn't nearly look like the pictures.
The corset has a v like shape the the bottom where the one I received is just straight and flimsy.
The one shown even has a black bow or something near the bustline, the one received doesn't.
The top doesn't even fit nicely.
The lace doesn't even look the same the one shown is thick and shows and the one on the top is thin and not at all the same.
Looking at the back of the top, the one shown has twelve holes in which the ribbon goes through. The one received as about five?!
The colour purple doesn't even look the same.
The skirt and petticoat are two completely different sizes, one looks like a extra small and the other an extra large!
The skirt is cheap and doesn't look black but navy blue!
The whole outfit looks like a cheap badly done copy of a much nicer outfit.
I keep looking at the pictures on the site and at the dress and can't help but feel upset, and can't say it is decent in anyway. I can't even say its just my opinion because a minimum of five other people have said the same things. Not one person said they would've bought that dress.
I had to send pictures in because I want to return it, my sister couldnt even wear the damn dress it was so terrible and for almost a month since my last email I have not heard anything.
I hope they get sued! Ive attached the pictures of the dress from their site and my pics. The pics dont show how awful it is. You cant feel how cheap it is and how ripped off I feel. The fact that they have not gotten back to me is making it far worse.

Milanoo.com they will stall you as long as they can to get your money

This company is a fraud! Do not order from them. They will not refund your money. They will stall you as long as they can to get your money. I called my bank and cancelled my card and filed a police report with the fraud unit.

Their online helpers are no use. Emailing them with complaints is a paper trail for your case, but they will not help you.

Milanoo.com my wedding dress

Order# en-uk_[protected]_494. I came on this site soooo terrified after reading all the comments. I was looking to buy a wedding dress. I was on a tight budget amd I was hoping and trusted that milanoo.com would not fail me. Fortunately for me, my dress came in beautiful. Even more beautiful than I thought had imagined. The embroidery and beading was as if I got a award winning designer to design and create my dress. It cost only $130. It looked like it was worth three thousand! Try them out! Thank you milanoo!

Milanoo.com never order from milanoo unless you want bad quality, measurements and bad service

Ordered 2 lolita bloomers, same model but different color. Gave the exact same measurements but one of them is shorter than the other (they're telling me that it isn't the same model after they changed the pictures on their website, when I ordered (and I still have the confirmation email with the pictures to prove it) it was the exact same bloomers, except one was white and one was black). The other bloomers has a waist band to large that they keep sliding down because they're too big. Been waiting over a month to get this resolve and it still isn't (partly because rma is refusing to see the problem and that my complaint and pictures proving my complaint were never sent to rma, had to use the live chat for them to be sent). So, basically, never order from milanoo unless you want bad quality, measurements and bad service.

I looked at milanoo for a long time and almost buy my dress from them, I gave up my thought after read so many negative reviews though I think milanoo have professional and beautiful website.

I finally bought my dress from perfectweddingforever.com which recommended by my friend, it looks very nice and well made!

Besides me, I do know quite a few people that have ordered from china manufacturers like perfectweddingforever, milanoofor their wedding dresses and have got them come and were very satisfied. Most do advertise that its a designer replica and not the actual brand. Now it does take 4-8 weeks to get it in most cases as thy have to custom make it and then send it. I also know a girl that went to a local seamstress got measurements of all 5 of her girls and sent it and just got all their dresses come last week with no complaints. But again it all depends on you and what you want. If you want the fanciness at a fraction of the cost then go for it ..if money isnt an option for you then maybe not.

Milanoo.com scam

Milanoo.com is a complete scam. They sent a dress that was way different from what was pictured on their website. When I tried to return it they gave me the run around. They had me send pictures and went back and forth with me online and never offered back a refund. They basically just gave me the run around! Baddddddddddd businesss! Please be aware that what you orde is not what you are getting!

Completely agree, this company is a waste of time! I read about them here http://richhayles.hubpages.com/hub/Milanoo-Scam-Company and luckily avoided buying from them.

Milanoo.com customer service/customized clothing

I paid $15 extra dollars to make a customized bridesmaid dress. When I received it, the dress didn't fit at all. I sent an email with pictures to their service email and have not yet received any response from the company. Do not purchase from this website!

MILANOO CUSTOM MADE DRESS

I ordered a tailored dress which costed an extra 15.00, ok no big deal right? WRONG! First of all, I had my measurements done by a professional seamstress, and sent them with my order and payment. Well the dress did not look nowhere near what the model displayed, not one thing looked like the picture. Honestly, I'm not 5'7 and 100 lbs like the model, but still that's the point of tailoring a dress so that it matches your body and not someone elses. Well I was nice, and emailed the customer service, and sent picures per Milanoo's request. Well, after a couple of really sweet emails to me from Milanoo, conveniently the responses stopped. Oh and did I mention they require a seven day only before they will approve and decide whether or not to give you an invoice return #. You cant just turn in the dress, you actually wait on them. So, I received a email that says your attachments didn't go threw. Hmm, gee isn't that convenient and a coincidence? So now the 7 days are up and I'm out of money and a dress! Will never order a dress ever again. A I asked for a store credit! I didn't even ask for my money back! Thats what did it for me, they messed up the measurements of a dress that was orded in inches, but I received a near floor lenght dress that said centimeters! And they can't do anything for me! Don't order from Milanoo, they are CROOKS!
