Mikes Coins Walrus Coins / Not Received

1 PA, United States Review updated:

Mikes Coins does business on eBay as mikescoins1 and has a long history of defrauding buyers. Recently suspended, he is back at it. I bought $1500 worth of silver dollars and never received the purchase. He ignored phone calls and emails. Finally after 6 weeks, I filed with PayPal to get a refund. He fought the dispute by providing PayPal a bogus tracking number, claiming that it had already shipped. According to the United States Postal Service, no record of that tracking number exists and they initiated a postal fraud case against him. I eventually got my money back and he was suspended by eBay, but for some reason he was allowed to come back on and start selling again.

This buyer, Blair Young of Ohio, is a competitor of ours that has been constantly bidding on items and filing false Paypal claims and leaving negative feedback. We were never suspended by Ebay for policy violations, the only time we were ever suspended was for not paying a bill. We had no "postal fraud" case against us ever. The tracking number entered in was the tracking number assigned by the USPS system. They certainly have a record of the tracking number as they assigned it. These comments will be used against Blair Young of Ohio in a potential future lawsuit for libel.

As of 3 days ago, mikescoins1 is NO LONGER REGISTERED as a member of the eBay community. This is a result of Lavagna's ongoing internet fraud activities. I am not a competitor, just a collector that mistakenly bought $1500 of silver dollars thinking he was a honest businessman. Lavagna never shipped the coins and after 6 weeks and a dispute filed with PayPal, he provided a false tracking number that the United States Postal Service is investigating as postal fraud because the tracking number he claims did not exist. After PayPal returned my money, Lavagna turned a debt collector loose on me. It took a few phone calls to convinve them that their client was a fraud and was using them to harras people he tried to cheat out of money. Lavanga's claim claim that I should be concerned about a libel suit is one more final act of cowardice out of a lying, fraudulent excuse for humanity.

By the way, Lavagna's comment, "he is a competitor of ours" excuse for receiving negative feedback for deals he doesn't complete is one he uses in his feedback replies over and over. Who is stupid enough to believe honest competitors would spend their time engaging in this behavior?

I am glad he is gone from eBay and I hope he gets everything he deserves for all the misery he has caused and the hardship he has created for the thousands of customers he has ripped off.

Again, more lies. There is no investigation for "postal fraud". We generate a tracking number before the package is shipped, the tracking number does exist as the post office generates it. Every person who prints labels outside the post office follows the same procedure. If this was fraud there would be millions of people indicted. The time period between the sale and the claim of non-receipt for the silver dollars was no where close to 6 weeks. The buyer was granted a full refund by us, not by Paypal. This buyer then went and changed Ebay User IDs (as his first one was blocked from bidding) and then bought a set of Hawaii quarters, which he received, then filed a false claim with Paypal, and left more negative feedback. His Ebay User ID justin.credible2 definately sells coins, he's had over 1000 sales in the past year alone.

mikey you seem to have lots of time on your hands lately answering all these scam/complaint boards.

was wondering who makes up the warm fuzzy stories about little mikeys life growing up and the insurance biz and condo b.s... so pathetic

mikey, you are so explosive in your pudgy little face with red hair flowing, looks like you need a check-up on your blood pressure my man.

pretty funny, silver is creeping up and you got nowhere to really sell it.
but that is the least of your problems, tax evasion is very serious. cd's full of screen shots with selling prices, BEAUTIFUL!!

    BEST TO ESQ.
