Mike Warren judgement and liens options

I recently attended a webinar about making money in Judgments/liens & options by a guy by the name of; Mike Warren. His courses to learn all about the business were somewhere around $997, which I did not pay. I decided trying to find out the LEGITIMACY of this guy and this concept BEFORE forking out $997. I posted in Bigger Pockets but no one responded. But I was able to find previous post on Bigger Pockets that provided this website. I'm so glad that I kept researching because it was something about Mike Warren didn't sit well with me.

I was interested in Judgement and Liens. Does anyone know if this is a Legitimate business. If so does anyone know of a Course or Training that's reputable?

Thank you in advance for your feedback

Interesting, I ve hade Mikes course for two years and it is spot on. I started making money after hiring the first VA in the Phillippines. She does data search for me per my instruction and that produces targeted leads. Have made a total of $118,550.00 gross in the last 8 months while still working my full time job as a professional pilot (Corporate).

They are not scams and there are a number of big companies with large number of employee's processing client deals every day because every week a new crop of liens gets filed in perpetuity.

Try Sierra Judgement Recovery. I have spoke with them and communicated with them many, many times and they have even told me there are other programs out there that are scams.
I truly believe in Sierra Judgement Recovery. I just haven't purchased it yet because I am dead broke. Otherwise I would have purchased it. A+ with BBB too

BUYER BEWARE: Mike Warren in his webinar offers a 30-day money back guarantee. He also offers $995 back if you send him a judgment/lien within one year that he buys/uses. I purchased his program around April 28. I had questions to be answered by his supposed top notch support. Most of them were never answered although his office marked them "solved". When I...

Run as far away from this guy as you can. Their product falls way short on what is promised. I bought their hype, and NEVER received full access to all of the materials. I always got some excuse or another about their fixing the online access problem. However, they never miss a beat on charging you for the $98/month so-call coaching. After I began to...

Mike Warren Any of his training

Another website is www.misuniversity.com/swat. Please please do not subscribe to the coaching service or buy product from these scammers. I paid $147 for the full Real Estate SWAT Training DVD Set and Transcript, but did not receive anything. Numerous calls to the listed number never connected me to a live person. The only options are to email. So I tried that, but never received a response.
Mike Warren continues to send me emails so I replied to his email using [protected]@misuniversity.com, but again no response. Simply put, STAY AWAY!

Heh Richard,

I am not associated with MISU University. My comments are under blueskies22. Though I would not buy from them again, I suggest you keep trying. How long has it been since you tried contacting them? For sure, their customer service is lacking, but they did follow up, perhaps months after my initial attempts to contact them. Keep trying.
On another note, the 3 day rule does not apply to all sales. It was really meant to keep door to door sales people honest. I think MISU does follow this rule since you did not go to their office thus making it similar to door to door sales. Hope you get to work this out to your liking.

Not really, but I did not go thru them thoroughly. I just scanned the materials and I found that his program seemed to contain most of the same material that most RE gurus were teaching. Most of my RE training came from the original course that I purchased. I made use of the program by applying what worked best for me. A lot of what I learned enabled me to speak and understand the language especially when I worked with realtors, title companies, etc. And that is my suggestion: Buy one program, stick with it until you've applied what you learned. DO NOT, DO NOT fall into the trap of buying, buying, and then ending up with a library full of unused, dusty RE investing programs. Key word: Apply! Take action. After 2 years, I finally did and it paid off with the completion of my first succesful out of state deal. Though it gets tougher, we continue to buy houses and complete successful deals. Good luck with whatever program you choose!

First I apologize for not following up on my original complaint. After an extended period of time, Mike Warren's support team did contact me and I did receive the materials that I had paid for. I checked "agree, " but free coaching was NOT offered as I'm sure I would have taken advantage of that. Or it may have been offered with catches/conditions which were not to my liking. Honestly I don't remember the specifics. However, they did offer to send the first set of training materials (I had paid for the second) for free and I did accept that. I did receive these materials within a reasonable time.
A comment: I've been told by a coach who works for a similar company that most of these RE investor companies who offer training probably focus their staff on sales. These companies hold webinars and boot camps and sell training. Their staff is dedicated to these activities. So it is probably not intentional that these companies might be lacking on the support side. I'm not sure if this is the case with Mike Warren's company, but in the end they did deliver and went beyond the original commitment by sending free training materials.
A 2nd comment: For those of you who are reading this, please please! If you purchase training, make sure you establish the goals you wish to accomplish with that training. And do NOT buy any more training until you've accomplished those goals! I am successfully investing in RE today because I took the training (mostly received from one source), determined what would work for me and TOOK ACTION! Best to All!

I did not buy any of their products, but, I did attend a "FREE" web seminar. I found a $17.00 charge on my bank statement from Vickers Capital which is associated with Mike Warren. I tried to call [protected] which was no longer in service ( disconnected) I searched for them online and found [protected] I called this number and it was also no longer in service ( disconnected ). I do not know how they got my credit card information. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS RIP OFF.

Pleeeeeeease stay away from them! The level of their dishonesty is incomparable. They never respond to any emails and telephone calls (I tried many times). Don't expect they will treat you as a customer. For them you are another fool that has not paid attention to their refund policy, which is: "They do not give any refunds" even if you cancel your purchase within five minutes. I learned that from my bank, which refunded my charges, but still payed these crooks. I thought that in America any purchase can be returned within 72 hours. How it is possible that they can disregard any commonly accepted rules, possibly law? May be a lawyer could answer this question? Anyway, please think twice before you give them your money.
