Today, march 6th 2009, my wife went by Mike Brown Dealership with the concern of our tires being dry rotted. There is only 33, 000 miles on our vehicle. The dealership, before sending my wife to the man they used for tire warranty, warned her of his demeaner. Upon getting to this location and discussing with the man the problem he became rude and arrogant and refused to make the tires good. Trying to pass the buck back to the dealership. I want my tires replaced. Contact me, or the next complaint will be filed with the better business bureau. im also filing a complaint with Goodyear.

Also, you might want to be made aware that this man they sent my wife to see started yelling at her, telling her there was no way in hell she was gonna get a free set of tires. I feel I pay for those damn tires every month when I send in my truck payment.

P.S. you would think after what Ford and Firestone went through with dryrotted tires causing death and injury in SUVs due to blowouts that you would be more prompt and a little more forthcoming on how to get my tires replaced to avoid any accidents that cause death, dismemberment or injury.

Thank You,
Wesley E. Merrill

I feel your pain except mine is with the new 6.7l diesel that has been in the shop every month for something and sets for a week. This dealership has lost all of my respect and honestly it started when the fired Martin of the service adviser and Nathan diesel mechanic. I have wrote dodge and they just blow me off but i am tired of it. My truck spent a week in the shop to only come out and the next day blow a second turbo! And they say I must let it set because they can not get to it for three-four days.
