Mieka and Jennifer / Poor customer service
When we went to get our food in the drive thru the woman at the window was so rude barely acknowledging that we were there. My tea was bitter and I asked for a new drink and she became hateful. We asked to speak to a manager and she stated that she was a manager. When we asked there was another manager on duty we were given a male manager that did not even offer his name. We told him about the rude treatment and in a very patronising way stated he would "take care of it'. This type of treatment is reprehensible for a customer service based company. I am so disappointed that I will not be coming to your store anymore. Customers are your bread and butter and I would think that ALL customers should be treated with respect and courtesy when at your estabishments. I will be telling everyone that I know about my poor treatment at your store #D280009.
