Midland loan service / reserve account
My loan was sold to Midland and ever since it has been extremely difficult to get them to reimburse me from my reserve account. According to my agreement they are supposed to reimburse me within 15 business days of my request. They continually lose things causing me to resubmitt, or challenge me on items that my original lendre reimbursed me for. I feel the are withholding the monies to their benefit. I could see losing some of the paperwork occasionally but almost every time? They have gone well over the alloted time for reimbursement but don't seem to care. They are extremely difficult to deal with-I can't see how this is legal, the money is mine to begin with.
