I'm Heman Ajmera, and i totally agree with MR. DHAVAL CHELLANI.
We are indenting agents and we have also faced a similar problem which will force us to call this company a "PURE CHEATER" (I feel even that is an understatement).
We had visited Jeddha for MATERIAL INSPECTION for our order. Though after inspection we were told that since the vessel is not available the material would be shipped later. To our horror, the material that we inspected and the material that we finally got were absolutely different.
After the shipment of this material there is no reversal from this company at all.
In the same deal, our customer had made excess payment and was suppose to get refund for the excess amount paid, but yet they have not reverted with the same. (The amount is as small as USD 400/-, but yet not refunded... for reasons best known to them)
Also, our commission was due for payment, but they have not even bothered to answer our emails nor reply our calls. We have not even got our commission till date.
Whoever feels (RAJA HASAN/ KASHEENJE) that this company is good to do business... PLEASE RE-THINK:
1) QUALITY IS NOT ASSURED
2) YOUR ADVANCE PAYMENT IS NOT SECURED (AND THEY WORK ONLY ON ADVANCE PAYMENT)
3) IF YOU ARE AN AGANT THAN YOUR COMMISSION WILL NEVER BE PAID
4) THESE CHEATERS WILL DISAPPEAR AFTER ONE DEAL.
5) MANAGEMENT WILL NOT EVEN BOTHER WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU...
THESE ARE THEIR ETHICS & STANDARDS.

What a co-incident, i have a negative comments to my complaints posted on the same day by 2 different traders from two different countries...
It is clearly understandable that, these people post comments to my complaints just to retain their lost GODWILL.
I'm open to all possible feedback anybody needs.

They know that our commission is due and yet unpaid and they also know that they have not refunded the excess money to my customer. Issue regarding the defective material is anyways not resolved and not even heard by their SO CALLED MANAGEMENT.
This is the way they function. Try working with them on LC payment and you would come to know their intentions.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I suffered $35000 lose to this Fraud company. Big cheats they are.
DEAR WE FACES PROBLEM, BUT THIS ALL STORY BEFORE 2012, NOW HAVE NO ISSUE IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MANAGEMENT CHANGE, AND NOW THEY HAVE ALL GOOD AND BIG QUANTITY MATERIAL. I AM DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY MORE THEN 4 YEARS AND THERE IS SALES PERSON MR. K. KHAN VERY COOPERATIVE AND HONEST PERSON TELLING EVERY THING IN ADVANCE ONCE YOU CONFIRM ANY DEAL WITH HIM.
AND I AM DOING ALL MY DEALING WITH HIM.

They were seen in almost every exhibition as every time they needed new customers as old customer never deal 2nd time.
We know several customers globally from Europe to Far East and Asia, everyone was cheated with decent amount and never entertained
after cheating.
When noticed that there are many victims all over the world, they stopped participating in plastic fairs (Arabplast
or China plas, K fair etc) and later changed the name of the co from mwmrecycling to me-pi (middle east plastic recycling) to continue their work of cheating but seems now most of the plastic world know about them and now they are facing problem for finding new people to cheat anymore innocents.
This company has been in field of cheating for more than 10 years or more and has been successfully running as everyone thinks that there is money in plastics and being lured by offering low price and excellent photos and samples but when goods received completely different and nothing in hand except to cry.

I also strongly agree and believe with all the above complaints for this fraud company, what i know from all the buyers who got cheated that these company have Super Fraud General Manager and his name is Kusad his Mobile Number [protected]), Manager Nasar or Nesar who call himself engineer are fraud, in the name of Plastic off grade and reprocess plastic they are loading everything of their wish and never listen from buyer after getting several complains of the quality, they are not at all reliable to be trusted for any deal so think many time before sending any money to this cheater company, their salesman are also like slaves working there and doing everything as their managers are saying to do, i suggest to open various cases against them in every country and to ban their export globally, i request you all to kindly inform all the International monitoring agencies for such business fraud to make a alert in the movement of these people and grab them in any other country, catch them and give it to international police, once i got more details i will keep posted here.

Yes, this is good company, and I know this previous sales man who cheated so many clients from India and other part of the world. He cheated the clients and left the company and putting blame on company. MIDDLE EAST PLASTIC INDUSTRIES is functioning from more than 10 years and they are one of the leading company in KSA in plastic raw material.

We are dealing with this company from last five years but we never face any problem as far as quality of material is concern or regarding our commission. I don't know on what basis you are telling them cheaters because every month I buy material from MIDDLE EAST PLASTIC and I never got cheated from them.

yes, they are absolutely cheaters, the sales team are headed by GM (one big chearter called Dr. Ahmad Kussad, take care when you hear this name any time any where) and he supervise all the details of thier work, just to a chieve his target of collecting people's money and send them any product he collect from SABIC without any cleaning as he announce before in his website, he is carelless about his customer/product, all what he sure about is to collect money. i should not forget to clear that the top management at the site is Eng. Mohammad Metwalli, he knew every thing and he agree about. Turkey Mohammad Ali Hafez is one of the owners of this company, and for sure he heard something about his company policy towards customers, if he did not hear he should search to knew, it is his responsibility, ANY WAY... hello i am wasim from mumbai india and its definitely true, its an understatement to call them cheaters, but i amd a company from china are fighting them for our claims, they have sent 7 containers rubbish in the name of off grade for me and 17 containers for the chinese friends, we are here in jeddah fighting them, if anyone has any claims or reports or unfulfilled agreements with them please write to me on juwrush@gmail.com or call me on 00966 [protected].

Ref. to complain of plastic industry in Saudi Arabia, simpel salution for this kind of problem is, when you are placing order for such big amount US$78, 000 or more, best is to load the goods in front of your eyes, companies will provide you Invitation letter, you can get the visit visa on this Invitation letter from saudi Consulate, you have to be available here physically at the time of loading, actually when ever you ask the companies to give assurance of quality of product, they will tell you same thing, be here at the time of loading, So you will be assured of the quality of our product, then dont blame us, and once the container is loaded, it will be sealed by the shipping company, and that seal can be opened only by custom authority in Jeddah, after that custom will put their own seal. That way you wil get your goods as per your selection.
I have seen many people are doing this, if they cannot come they send or they have their agent here to inspect the goods while loading in containers. You should have trust worthy person from your side or you yourself can come and load the goods.Companies allow you to do that, if you find any bags which is water or dust or moisture, u can reject same time.
After that you will find that you got the marerials what you asked for.
Reason for such mistake is when loading people are asked to load the containers, they dont check the marerials, they will load what ever is in front of them. and Sales people are not allowed to inspect the goods while it is loaded. They have other responsibilities, so it has to be you who have to take this responsibilities.I am neither a agent or a employ of any plastic industries, I am just one of you, and when I found so many complains of product, I thought to give my suggestion

I agree with the above complaints for this company, we never done a deal with them because they are so notorious in plastic industry and corrupt from the core, my Chinese and Sri lankan associates send money to them and once they open the bags it was all rubbish inside once it reach to the port, i have details of his fraud General Manager named Ahmad Kussad Mobile Number [protected]) and you can screw and insult this man or put him in trial with any international tribunal for the cheating he have done, whenever he visit in any of the trade fairs like Arab Plast - China Plast or K-Plast as they are regular visitors there to fool the innocent buyers who come in this place with good faith,
i suggest all the buyers to avoid any deals with them due to this cheater manager,

i agree with the complaint mentioned above, and the cheaters will lose at the end of the day, i am from eygpt, but i did not hear that any eygption called FASAL ALI, this comment is from one the cheaters MWM team.
By the way, this company changed its name last month to middle east for plastic industries (www.me-pi.com) and you can check by yourself now is (www.mwmrecycling.com) = (www.me-pi.com) or not? they keep the previous website and they establish a new one with same design to start a new game with new customers.
This happen to us too. They send us the wrong material and now their managent is silent over this.
They are the cheaters.
Why did you post two complaints?
I THINK THAT THE PROBLEM IS FROM YOU.
WE ARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPNAY SINCE SIX YEARS. WE NEVER FACE ANY PROBLEM.
