Microsoft Windows Live Onecare / onecare doesn't work with vista 64!

33% 3
I purchased Live Onecare a few months ago. Now I upgraded to Vista 64. Onecare doesn't work with vista 64. Why would a company that made both programs hang there paying customers out to dry? If they had any consideration they would have made the programs compatible. VERY UNHAPPY. They should give a refund or credit until they become compatible.

Microsoft Windows OneCare - Freezes Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3
United States

OneCare has worked for 4 months since buying a new computer with Vista. Now it is slowing down Photoshop CS2 and CS3. CS2 takes up to a minute and a half to load. CS3 takes up to 3 minutes to shut down.

If I turn off virus protection in OneCare, the programs work perfectly.

My OneCare worked fine for about four months. Now, I can no longer control the automatic backup schedule, and MS Tech Support says that is the way it was designed. BS! I used to be able to set the backup frequency and time. Not anymore! Microsoft is fiddling with this product, and they're making it worse!
