I also received many e-mail from Microsoft UK congratulating I on winning one million Pounds, later receiving a e-mail from a Mr Micheal Spencer Foreign Operations Manager of Halifax Tele Bank confirming the winning and explaining steps to follow to have the funds transferred to my Bank in South Africa after making a payment of seven hundred and forty nine pounds to a Ms Julian HamiltonHighstreet, London United Kingdom. These fund represent Cost of Transfer. This person according to Spencer is the Cash receiving Officer in charge of the Lottery beneficiary Funds. At this stage I advised Mr Spencer th by e-mail that I was not prepared to transfer the said amount using Western Union Money Transfer services. I suggested that he Mr Spencer retain 10% of the winnings to compensate for the Cost of Transfer. I have since heard nothing from Mr Spencer.
