I received an Award Certificate from Microsoft Co-Operation Management Worldwide stating that I am a winner of their annual Ms-World Lotto Lotter conducted in Africa winning two million dollars. I responded to the e-mail as asked on 12/23/07 and received an e-mail this a.m. with an attached Certifficate of Award and a FDIC Insurance Certificate. I either have to fly to London within 7 days to collect the money; they would send me a certified bank cheque or Draft, whichever one I preferred but first I have to pa a processing and postage (D.H.L) deliver charges; or in the even of my inability to come personally to the paymetn office, an in-house affiliated attorney will be appointed to process my claim on my behalf to endorse all legal discharge document and send my prize cheque to me or sign transfer release bond at the paying bank.

IS THIS A SCAM OR THE REAL DEAL?

This is the first mail I got. but, one notable thing in this is that this e-mail is not personally addressed. If your e-mail won the prize, then obviously your e-mail address should be known too, right? Why should one respond to or bother about something which is not even addressed to you?
