Microsoft 365 / Bad service

I had a problem and contacted the support team from Microsoft 365. I was shocked that the lady told me that both accounts were ok, but they weren’t linked. She told me that it was possible to contact me with other agent, who would join the links and the accounts would be active. But she lied and I waited 40 minutes, but no one contacted me back. Awful services and it wasn’t worth it to sit and wait for nothing.
