michael shannon & associates review: surveyor warning 1

This man _Michael Shannon portrays himself as a Surveyor. He began by not showing up or calling to let us know that he wouldn't be able to attend on the set day we had arranged, but thinking nothing of it I agreed to another time. On this day he started talking about his kids football team and then just went on and on and on about them and who they versed and how great his kids were. I actually had to tell him that I needed to make a call to get away so he would start the job.
On finishing he said id have the drawings the following week. I was so excited as we would then be able to move full steam ahead in building a granny flat for my elderly mum. He also said that he would give me a discount because my boys used to play football at the same club, so I was wrapt.
So 1 week goes by-nothing. Then we get half way thru second week with no news from him so I called him to find out what was going on. He didn't answer, so I txt msgd him. He texted me back saying that he would drop them in on the coming weekend.
That passed with no phone call or message etc.
This is the pattern for the next 2 months.
I am ropeable! He has now wasted 2 months of our time and hasn't even got the professionalism or courtesy to call us.
What a loser
PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS GUY...YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DRAWINGS...
Complete waste of time and really frustrating!
